JOHN SUMMIT & GUZ ft STEVIE APPLETON - WHAT A LIFE

 I was watching some footage from this year's Tomorrowland and besides the great atmosphere i was impressed of how young people and dance lovers are percieved dance music.A climax and a cool drop despite if they know the song or not is more than enough to make people jumping.Most of the songs are pretty unknown with some exceptions of samples remakes and new remixes from oldies but goldies.For me who grew up with disco clubs and pop music in dance versions being the dance hits of that period is tottaly boring to stay in Tommorowland for more than an hour.Guees i m too old for that anymore. But there is dance music you can dance and sing along at the same time and "What A Life" is the perfect example. With 90's synths that link directly to "Gypsy Woman" John Summit proves once more why he is one of my favourites...

 I guess many of you have already seen the trailer of the new Black Panther:Wakanda Forever movie.This very touching trailer paying tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman was dressed with this cover by the rising Nigerian star called Tems.  Just finished hearing the brand new Lizzo album "Special".She is not just a star but the whole damn unicerse as she said.The "Lizzoverse" contains pretty good adult songs showing that Lizzo is a mature artist not like others promoting asses and tits as music.At least Lizzo's ass is exuberant and visible only on the screen and not her music. Chris Martin, Mark Ronson and Lauryn Hill are among the ones she collabs on this album with one of the best songs being "Break Up Twice".This Mark Ronson, Lauryn Hill penned song eventually will be a single or a stream favourite. "The Sign" "2 Be Loved" and "Everybody's Gay" are more obvious singles but i prefer this one as a first taste from "Special".Yes she is....special.
