TIESTO & FORS - BRING ME TO LIFE

 Next week charts will begin to feel like Christmas with all the well known classics taking their place on the highest positions in the top 10.That means that for at least 1 month no new songs except some exceptions will appear to the spotlight but i ll try to find as many hidden as possible.

Now Tiesto decided to return to his trance roots by releasing "Bring Me To Life" with vocals by FORS.This single comes ahead of his set at Egypt’s Great Pyramids of Giza on 19th December, where fans will get to experience his "new sound" in a three-hour DJ set."Bring Me To Life" is also the first taste of a new album from Tiesto, which will will be released in 2026.This is a familiar epic Tiesto release that sounds better with the volume up!!!

TIESTO ft OAKS - I FOLLOW RIVERS

 2024 wasn't a very successful year for Tiesto not that he lost his job or something but he didn't score any major chart hit as before.His Prismatic almost 4 hours dj sets during last year are getting an Ep with this "prismatic" version of Lykke Li's "I Follow Rivers" on the highlight with Oaks serving the vocals.This is the pack one meaning there are more to follow this year but for now this progressive version of a classic seems to get a lot of hype.I don't think that this new version overcomes the Magician remix but it's an interesting dj tool and a potential hit.

Once again the power of media can really create a boost in music making "Birds Of A Feather" by Billie Eilish the number one song right now after the closing ceremony of the Olympics.And not only that Frenchies Phoenix and Kavinsky are buzzing right now for how long i guess for a few more days but still this is a proof that exposure can create hits.This can also be happening if a remix comes up in the size of a Tiesto new version of a song that created a buzz two years ago but never really made a breakthrough.The Dutch DJ has returned with an official remix using Maisy Kay's amazing vocals, and the basic elements of "Karma is a Bitch Like You".Tiesto’s official edit provides a truly club-friendly approach to the original track."Karma" is currently trending in the USA but duration is what matters in every case.

KYGO & AVA MAX - WHATEVER (TIESTO REMIX)

 It's common for Tiesto to remix many of the hits so they can be used by djs around the globe.This week not one but two remixes saw the light by the famous dj one for Teddy Swim's "Lose Control" (really not good) and one for Kygo and Ava Max's latest collab "Whatever". It's obvious that making a common dance remix for Tiesto is an hour job so don't expect an inspiring remix on this one.But on the other hand i m sure it will be used by many..

 If you are releasing for a third time a single together then it's not a collab it's a relationship!!!On Valentine's day Karol G was celebrating also her 33 birthday and her brand new single with Tiesto "Contigo".I will mark that this is the second interpolation in a few months that Leona Lewis "Bleeding Love" is being used on a song.The first time was in Sonny Fodera and MK's "Asking" massive hit in the Uk with Clementine Douglas on vocals and the second time is now with "Contigo".Coincidence?I don't think so...As for the song since Karol G is huge in the American continent is expected to be a hit.

 It's kinda strange that "Both" hasn't appeard on the main charts so far but Tiesto knows how to promote his own music whenever he wants to and this remix is a major promotion.Tiesto and David Guetta together can really blast the planet with the vibes coming out from the clubs so keep the volume low if you can.Tiesto remixed Guetta’s track last year, and now Guetta is remixing Tiesto’s track to get even. The remix takes the original to new heights, blending Guetta‘s masterful production with Hills‘s dynamic touch.Whoa...

ISSEY CROSS - BITTERSWEET GOODBYE (TIESTO'S HARCORE REMIX)

 It seems that Issey Cross is finally crossing the lines and her latest single is heading for the Uk top 20 maybe higher.I knew that using the sample from "Bittersweet Symphony" in a drum n bass style was catchy but you know how it is with streaming.But the song keeps growing in the Uk and when you see mega djs like Tiesto getting into remixing something then the hit label is very close.Now this remix takes "Bittersweet Goodbye" into a rave mode which is trending nowdays so you can use either version or both of them.I prefer the original version but...who cares.

 Tiesto is one of the most productive djs in the world and he never rests.In order to keep his profile on the top djs of the world he produces one song after another and this one has only one purpose.Since it's not a pure dance anthem "Both" aims the mainstream radios and the main charts.Together with 21 Savage and Bia for the vocals this song has all the elements to recieve a high streaming place on the radio but will it on the streaming services?It's a good pop dance song but too ordinary for my taste.

After a week in Berlin the blogger re-opens the doors of music the way you love and the way you used to.From what i ve heard so far there are few things worth listening to concerning the new releases and the Tiesto remix to Alok's "Car Keys" is one of them.Although this should have been a chart hit it never did at least untill now.Alok continues to be underrated in terms of chart hits but he is a star dj in events.Tiesto on the other hand knows exactly what he does with all his productions and remixes.Let's see what happens with this release and how helpful can be for "Car Keys".
