JOEL CORRY, GALANTIS & IZZY BIZU - STAY A LITTLE LONGER

 Joel Corry used to be the Uk hitmaker for a couple of years and then he stepped back while others took the lead.On the other hand Galantis produced a couple of hits and they are always ready to repeat that.With this collaboration and Izzy Bizu on vocals for "Stay A Little Longer" they are aiming for at least a Uk top 40 entry next week.. Izzy Bizu’s voice glides over the arrangement with warmth and urgency, while Galantis injects their trademark bounce and Joel Corry anchors the track with a driving rhythm.This dancefloor anthem might work for all of them and generate a hit record.

PAUL RUSSELL - LIL BOO THANG (GALANTIS REMIX)

 As we are moving to the zero-nada new releases zone during the Holidays i m curious to see which songs will rebound after the X-mas spirit and what new releases are awaiting in the corner next year. Feel-good music is something the world could use more of at the moment, and "Lil Boo Thang" based on "Best of My Love” by The Emotions deserves so much more credit than already has.For that Galantis made a remix version that stays true to the original that could work in so many ways lifting Paul Russell at the highest chart positions.

ACRAZE ft GOODBOYS - BELIEVE (GALANTIS EXTENDED REMIX)

 With Raye recieving her first ever number one hit in the Uk it's time for a renew Billboard top 10 with Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero" returning to the top spot for one more week.As is see things coming "Kill Bill" by SZA will claim the number one pretty soon while David Guetta's "I m Good" will storm into the USA top 10.Now Acraze''s follow up to "Do It To It" is a mild hit in the charts so far but much popular in the pop radios.This remix by Galantis is pushing things in the right direction and weaponize "Believe" to become one of the must dance singles this summer.

GALANTIS & DAVID GUETTA ft MNEK - DAMN (YOU 'VE GOT ME SAYING)

 It's so easy to make dance music these days by using computers and programmes that makes artists like David Guetta and Galantis to release something new almost every week.All they have to do is to hire a well known singer and boom the hit bigger or smaller is out.While David Guetta is receiving his biggest hit in quite a while with "I m Good" he joins the brand new single by Galantis with Mnek serving the vocals.As usual "Damn" will appear on the Uk chart in a week from now and it will probably get into the top 20 with a projection for a brand new top 10 for all of them.This dance hit factory hasn't anything new to offer acousticly or innovating but to get you moving until the next one comes..

CRAIG DAVID & GALANTIS - DNA (PART II)

 In Craig David's dna is definitely soul music and although it's good to try other music genres sometimes it's better to stick to what suits you the most.In this version the partenership between Galantis and Craig David gets a whole new meaning cause the song till now failed to chart. But this soul version of "DNA" gets David to his roots giving a new meaning to this release and i absolutely love it.

It has all the elements to climb at least in the top 20 adding one more hit for both Craig David and Galantis.Although the formula is the same is also tested that it will be liked by the pop radios.Craig David's new album will be called "22" and it has some more collaborations like the ones with Muni Long, Mnek and Gracey."Dna" will be very soon to a radio near you..

 Galantis are gearing up for this summer by releasing multipke singles and collabs these past weeks. So far none has managed to sound intriguing or show any chance for success. Their latest is called "1X1" and it has something different that makes it kinda interesting. The duo that managed to chart in Uk as long as the rest of Europe is considered one of the hot dance acts around the world and they are looking to keep it that way. Diversity in dance music is one thing that makes dance tracks hits...

But don't be affraid if Becky Hill won't make this time the top 10 cause the brand new single by David Guetta next friday recruits Becky Hill along Ella Henderson.  Only the best collaborations for the daughter of Neneh Cherry. Mabel returns with a new single made by Jax Jones & Galantis. And now comes the hard part since "Good Luck" is not made by the stardust the producers have. It may have this 90's sound with a lot of piano house and soulful vocals but it doesn't get under your skin in the first place.Sometimes i may be wrong in my judgement but this one has an expiring date...

 She is the hardest working woman in the dance scene. She has multiple collaborations with the biggest names in the dance industry making multiple hits. Recently she won best dance act at the Brits and she seems to run like an arabian horse in her dance multiverse. A new single and collaboration with Galantis has just been released called "Run" and another hit is on it's way. Although it's not something new in my ears it will easily replace some of the new releases in many playlists...

 This year was the best for Galantis who finally had many hits especially in the UK with some collaborations with the biggest names. If the recipe works for them then next year we will see the again in the charts and maybe this release will be the first to achieve this. This time this collab with Lucas & Steve and Ilira for "Alien" sounds like a dance pop ready hit that you can hear on the radio as often as you can without bothering you. Are we expecting any alien life form next year?

 If Years & Years continue without a hit i don't know for how long it will remain a pop star in England. There is a new album coming on January 10th called "Night Call" and "Sweet Talker" is the brand new single with hitmakers Galantis on board.The song continues on a pop form that has no particular interest that lasts more than two weeks max and i don't think that this is something that will increase the interest, on the contrary. Maybe i m wrong but i don't think so...

 The truth is that i have already laid my hands on "Between Us" the greatest hits by Little Mix and i know that "No" is going to serve as their brand new single. But this time i have a little treat for you since Galantis are remixing this single in a "hit" way. COLDPLAY & BTS - MY UNIVERSE (GALANTIS REMIX)

 This is what i call marketing and if a record company wants to promote a single always knows what to do. There is a brand new remix for "My Universe" this time by Galantis and i really don't know how many more are ready for release. Hopefully it will be the last one for a single that this blog talked about in July and made a chart career after all in the highest positions. Coldplay helped BTS or the opposite? So many times we heard this single in different versions that i started to like it..

DERMOT KENNEDY - BETTER DAYS (GALANTIS REMIX)

 The newest single by Dermot Kennedy took it's time until take off cause it's in that position in the Uk chart and you will see it soon enough. "Better days" is a slow burner and now it has a dance version by the succesfull Galantis if you are not into the original version. Besides Dermot Kennedy made a dance record with Meduza few months ago and probably we will have a remix by them very soon. Be optimistic cause better days are coming...

GALANTIS & DAVID GUETTA ft LITTLE MIX - HEARTBREAK ANTHEM (TCHAMI REMIX)

 In England starts a social experiment with vaccinated people (some) and no more covid restrictions. I m very curious to see how this will work (or not) experiment that some other countries tried before with unpleasent outcome. In England Ed Sheeran will remain for a fourth week at number one while Galantis with David Gietta & Little Mix will receive the highest position so far for "Hearbreak Anthem". I will wish no more hearbreaks for the island with this Tchami remix of the hit which is a dj tool but a little bit weird for my taste..

GALANTIS & DAVID GUETTA ft LITTLE MIX - HEARTBREAK ANTHEM

 Η συνεργασία αυτή ήταν προορισμένη να κυκλοφορήσει την επόμενη εβδομάδα αλλά επειδή τα leaks λειτουργούν άψογα μερικές φορές θα έχετε την ευκαιρία από σήμερα να ακούσετε το single που ετοίμασαν οι Galantis μαζί με τον David Guetta και τις Little Mix. Οι τελευταίες τους επιτυχίες στην Βρετανία προετοίμασαν το έδαφος για αυτό εδώ που ως ετικέτα και μόνο θα λειτουργήσει έως ένα βαθμό. Από εκεί και μετά το "Heartbreak Anthem" είναι ένα τυπικό pop disco house anthem που δεν διεκδικεί δάφνες πρωτοτυπίας αντίθετα θα έλεγα ότι είναι λίγο παλιακό που θα λειτουργούσε σε Tommorowland festivals και παραπλήσια πανηγύρια. Ωστόσο δεν αμφιβάλω ότι τα ραδιόφωνα θα το τσιμπήσουν εύκολα..

GALANTIS & DOLLY PARTON ft MR PROBZ - FAITH

Το πως κατάφεραν οι Galantis να πείσουν την Dolly Parton σε συνεργασία μου φαίνεται λίγο περίεργο αλλά συμβαίνει. Προσθέστε και τον Mr Probz στην εξίσωση και έχετε μία συνεργασία που ακούει στο όνομα "Faith". Πέραν τούτου το αποτέλεσμα δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο ακουστικά πέραν από μία ανακύκλωση των γνωστών με τα γνωστά edm τρικάκια που δύσκολα με πείθουν...

PASSION PIT ft GALANTIS - I FOUND YOU

Δύο χρόνια είχαν να εμφανιστούν οι Passion Pit και το κάνουν με τον πιο περίεργο τρόπο. Συνεργαζόμενοι με τους Galantis και παρουσιάζοντας ουσιαστικά ένα edm pop τραγούδι το οποίο φέρνει περισσότερο σε Galantis παρά στους ίδιους. Αν και με τον χαρακτηριστικό ήχο της edm δεν βρίσκω ιδιαίτερη συμπόρευση γιατί μου φαίνονται όλα ίδια θα αναγνωρίσω πως το "I Found You" μπορεί να έρθει σε επαφή με την νεολαία που αρέσκεται στο χοροπηδητό και στους αισιόδοξους στίχους σαν αυτούς που θα ακούσεις στο συγκεκριμένο. Θα μπορούσε να γίνει ακόμα και επιτυχία...
