 For some July may be sweet for others bitter for Take That it's the second single from their upcoming tenth studio album.Many songs in the past have been recorded for this particular month of the year that signals the middle of summer in the north hemisphere.Take That is probably the biggest boy band in the Uk from the 90s that continues their legacy after all these years."Sweet July" is rather uplifting, a sultry summer song with a beat driven verse and staccato vocals on top and with a classic, euphoric Take That chorus.Uk fans and the radio there will embrace once more the band offering probably another top 60 for them.

SAXBOY BILLY - PUERTO RICO SONG

 I have been waiting long enough to write for this song but it kept staying strong while i thought it will vanish soon.But comedian and content creator Bill Stiteler (Saxboy Billy) kept going viral over and over again with a song that was created using the AI music platform Suno.This upbeat, heavy 80s influenced saxophone track went viral for its relatable lyrics about the plane clapping when landing in San Juan the capital of Puerto Rico. The track quickly became a "song of the summer" contender on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Major celebrities including Charlie Puth, Mila Kunis, and Jennifer Love Hewitt participated in the lip-syncing and dance trends causing it's appearence on the charts recently on both sides of the Atlantic.I have to get over the fact that this an AI tune cause if you really think about it before AI djs mostly created music on computers so it's kinda the same thing.Not to mention that i really like this 80s vibe it brings.

 Fishing for new music in the outter banks of the music world you may discover creatures from the depth that may come to surface to terrorize your music neighborhood.For quite sometime i m tracking this new rapper and i found the time to write some words about this bubbling hot new rap track of hers "Spend Dat".This is the first solo Top 40 hit of the Miami, Fla. rapper’s career and at the recently presented BET Awards the crowd sang lyrics to her new song, a song boasting about scamming and boosting culture.Yung Miami, whose real name is Caresha Brownlee has received a mixed reception with some criticizing for supporting Sean "Diddy" Combs during sex trafficking trial and claiming the song sets a poor example for Black youth who might be negatively influenced by the lyrics.And although i don't like female rappers who set their boobs and ass in full display to promote their songs i am trying to focus into the music part so "Spend Dat" is a really active rap anthem for this summer if you are into this genre.If not all you have to do is scroll up or down...

MADONNA - DANCETERIA

 I have my hands on Madonna's "Confessions On The Dancefloor II" and all i have to say that this is a damn good dance record that will be appreciated in time no matter how long it will take.The album contains 15 songs with special appearences from Stromae,Feid,Sabrina Carpenter, her daughter Lola Leon and Martin Garrix on the track "Bizarre" that will probably will be released as a single although every track from this album could be a single.There are a couple of more quiet moments on the album like the one with Stromae (a surprise addition) and one more called "Betrayel" or even "L.E.S" that are very very interesting in her artistic choices that i really really like.Most of you especially fans will have this album in a few hours but for now i share my thoughts on a 5 star album and this track "Danceteria" that many talk about....talk about.....talk about...

 Kylie Minogue is well known for making a lot of collabs and some of them are totally out of her field in pop music.While we are expecting her duet with Madonna on "Confessions II" today we have her duet with Irish band Snow Patrol.  With "Choosing Texas" and "Rein Me In" ruling the charts at both sides of the Atlantic there is no sign for something else to replace them permenantly.Both songs are for weeks at number one but the truth is thatthey are not the biggest songs in the world.It's quite strange the songs people know and sing are Tik Tok hits and not those two but oddly the Tik Tok hits are not reaching the charts for several reasons.There is a parallel universe in music that nobody can really understand how it works and my personal opinion is that it has to change.Something is wrong but not "Mi Chico" that is trending all over the places.This new version with Jason Derulo and Melody on vocals is made to help the Romanian dj Goja to expand and break this wall on the charts putting this afro house trend into where has to be from day one of it's release.Really what are you going to hear this summer? HUGEL, FRENCH MONTANA, DAVID GUETTA & AIDAN MARTIN - SHINE

 Recently he made a live show in my country but i didn't have the opportunity to attend although he is one of the few dj i would love to see live.Marseille-born producer HUGEL has the tunes of the summer once more and his brand new shines as the centerpiece of HUGEL’s new album.The track is a masterclass in the intersection of polished pop sensibility and gritty house production. HUGEL’s production style, which often leans into Latin-house rhythms, is here tempered by the sharp, driving percussion associated with Guetta’s recent chart-dominance. The inclusion of French Montana adds a rhythmic, hip-hop-influenced cadence to the track, while Aidan Martin provides the emotive, breathy vocals that give the song its core narrative.In other words this collaboration is already one of my favourite anthems for the summer.

THE ROLLING STONES - JEALOUS LOVER

 As "Foreign Tongues" is set to arrive on July 10 two new songs from the eternal Rolling Stones have been released."Jealous Lover" is the one that is being promoted with Steve Winwood on piano and organ while on the other one "Divine Intervention" is featuring Robert Smith by The Cure.On "Jealous Lover" Mick Jaggers falsetto in the beggining sounds a lot like the ones Prince used in so many of his songs which sounds really cool.This is the perfect example of the Stones’ effortless ability to switch between styles, as they glide from the pop-rock dynamism of "In The Stars" to this soulful groove. "Jealous Lover" continues the band’s lifelong love affair with R&B, as Mick delivers a "hands off" message to an over-inquisitive partner with such whip-smart lyrics as "You pray like a mantis, you’re emerald green". And this is why this band has been for decades the greatest rock band ever and as long as they can they will share their music with the world expanding their legacy.

 I ll watch it but what is about to burn? Katy Perry's career when it comes to chart success is long gone although "The One That Got Away" went viral due to a viral trend lately. Her brand new single "Watch It Burn" is a good single that gets her in touch with her early inner self.It's an introspective, angry pop track where she sings about putting herself first and letting the past go.Maybe because Perry is now in a relationship with Justin Trudeau, whom she called "the love of my life" (how many said that before) until she watch it burn as life proves it over and over again with some exceptions.Good single let's see if she still has the ability to touch the audience today.

 They say that if you try really hard and never give up maybe at some point you ll be rewarded.Tucker Harrington Pillsbury known professionally as Role Model is an American singer-songwriter and former rapper!!! "High Hopes 3000" by Role Model is a vibrant, retro-inspired track that blends country with pop in a catchy way that seems to be working. Serving as the lead single for his album "Chuck Timely & The Hourglass", this song might be his ticket to stardome and why not a new "role model" in music. And because i am too old for this music planet but too young (still) to remember i can't ignore the fact that "High Hopes 3000" reminds me a lot "Achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus (yes Miley's father) one of the first country songs that hit #1 on Billboard.

 Doublespeak is a synth-pop supergroup formed by Erasure -Yazoo-Depeche Mode's Vince Clarke, Blancmange’s Neil Arthur, and electronic producer Benge. And if you are not familiar with these names then you have a huge gap in your musical compass that needs an upgrade.But for us Gen x-ers electronic music begun with these guys that formed this group to create an album full of electronic covers.Their self-titled debut album is an eclectic collection of 11 reinterpretations spanning four decades of post-punk, pop, and electronic music, including covers of tracks by ABBA, Fad Gadget, and The Carpenters. The album is not a traditional "covers" album, but rather a re-imagining of songs that shaped the trio's musical DNA.If you are a fan of synth-pop this is a must have album that will bring back memories of an era that can not be repeated.From this album i chose their cover on The Sound's "I Can't Esxape Myself" an anthem that defined our youth in so many ways.

If you want to predict the hits you don't need the charts so much in our days cause TikTok is on charge when it comes to popular music.Now if you have both factors in a song then you have a global hit made for immortality and the classic status.There are three categories in music.The chart hits that eventually can become TikTok hits also, the TikTok hits that can become chart hits (or not) and nomad music that circulates here and there with the hope one day they can reach one of the previous two.

Now Sleep Theory a rock band from Memphis, Tennessee made a rock cover of NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye" with big riffs banging on the 90's pop classic making it instant noticable.This newly released studio version that so far has been a live fan favourite has the same slickness and catchiness of the original.The band currently taking in Europe’s festivals creating a supernova of hype and this one is probably one of the crowd pleasers.I really like this cover....

KITSCHKRIEG ft BLUMENGARTEN & SHIRIN DAVID - GUT GENUG

 Anyone who's been on social media in the last few days will inevitably have come across one or more "Gut Genug" aka "Good Enough" memes or co-signs. The track by KitschKrieg Blumengarten and Shirin David is making quite a splash internationally and has even been picked up by well-known US musicians and creators including Lizzo and Wiz Khalifa singing along  though they don't understand a word.It's impossible to say for sure where it all started but it seems that the reel released with the track is the reason "Gut Genug" (Good Enough) was able to reach an international audience at all. With a danceable beat reminiscent of the 2010s, the song certainly holds its own against international tracks in terms of sound quality. Furthermore, the simplicity of the lyrics seems to contribute to the fact that even non-German-speaking music fans can connect with the chorus. A simple " You're good enough " is something even an American can sing along to."Gut Genug" is the most streamed title of the year within a single week in Germany. A record that no one had expected.And just like that a song out of nowhere beggins it's journey to the charts and become the next big thing.

 Who needs a drum n bass version of "Back 2 Life" by the legendary SOUL II SOUL?Well there you have it  uniting 3 generations of British dance music culture.Sigma one of the assets of Uk Drum N Bass music not only managed to bring together all these artists but bring on board Soul II Soul as well for this new version of the iconic 1989 massive number one single.When you have lived the original release and be able to play one of the first copies of this classic is kinda strange to be able to accept this new version but with all these transformation tools recycling everything has ever lived in music it's not hard to swallow this one too.Bringing "Back 2 Life" a classic can be both hard to handle and curious to hear.
