DJ GOJA, JASON DERULO & MELODY - MI CHICO

 With "Choosing Texas" and "Rein Me In" ruling the charts at both sides of the Atlantic there is no sign for something else to replace them permenantly.Both songs are for weeks at number one but the truth is thatthey are not the biggest songs in the world.It's quite strange the songs people know and sing are Tik Tok hits and not those two but oddly the Tik Tok hits are not reaching the charts for several reasons.There is a parallel universe in music that nobody can really understand how it works and my personal opinion is that it has to change.Something is wrong but not "Mi Chico" that is trending all over the places.This new version with Jason Derulo and Melody on vocals is made to help the Romanian dj Goja to expand and break this wall on the charts putting this afro house trend into where has to be from day one of it's release.Really what are you going to hear this summer? "Choosing Texas" or "Rein Me In" or this one?Really...

 There's no easier way for the birth of a hit when you have two hitmakers like Jax Jones and Joel Corry with Jason Derulo messing with a huge hit from the 80's.The 1986 smash by rhe Cutting Crew "I Just Died In Your Arms" is the base for the "Tonight (D.I.Y.A)" collaborative single that aims the charts with this unforgettable melody known even by the rocks on the air once more.This is an easy bet for every  hit radio around the globe.Charting the next week will be also an easy prediction but how far it gets is something i want to see...

 Jason Derulo proclaims himself as the "Nu King" on his fifth studio album.This is an album full of collaborations after his recent one with Michael Buble and guess what David Guetta leaves his mark on this hyper danceable single called "Down" in which there is no shortage of rhythm, as they sample the classic dance "Get Get Down" by Paul Johnson from 1999.This is not the first time these two are making a collab since "Goodbye" was their first one 5 years ago and "Saturday/Sunday" the most recent one almost one year ago.The unmistakable production by David Guetta it will probably lead to make this one chart although Jason seems to be left behind lately.

After the collab with Tesher here comes "Acapulco" a dance pop song with the trademark of Derulo's sound. Very curious also to see the impact of the summer vacations to songs like "Jalebi Baby" or Shouse's "Love Tonight" at the charts mostly in Europe from September till X-mas.It is already strange that Jason's latest collab can be very popular to some streaming platforms and to some others not. Ο Jason Derulo το έχει κάνει επάγγελμα το TikTok απ ότι φαίνεται και πληρώνει όσο όσο τους μικρούς και άσημους δημιουργούς που βρίσκονται ξαφνικά στο spotlight για να τρυπώσει και να κάνει hit από την πίσω πόρτα. Το "Jalebi Baby" του Tesher είναι πολύ μεγάλη επιτυχία και στην χώρα μας δεν το έχω παρουσιάσει ποτέ στο blog ίσως γιατί περίμενα κάτι τέτοιο. Και μην νομίζετε πως το τραγούδι έχει μείνει ως είχε. Αντιθέτως μία latin απόχρωση του προσδόθηκε μάλλον για να βρει την θέση του σε έναν χώρο που ούτως ή άλλως έχει τεράστιο κοινό. Του αφαιρέθηκε δηλαδή το ανατολίτικο στοιχείο που κάποιοι ίσως βρουν ενοχλητικό και κάποιοι άλλοι να το ήθελαν για να δικαιολογήσουν την ύπαρξη του στο playlist τους...

JASON DERULO ft ADAM LEVINE - LIFESTYLE (DAVID GUETTA SLAP HOUSE MIX)

 Η αλήθεια είναι πως ο Jason Derulo έχει ρίξει στο μουσικό τραπέζι αρκετά singles εκ των οποίων τα προηγούμενα συνεχίζουν να παίζουν στα ραδιόφωνα. Η αντίδραση στο τελευταίο single του που παρουσίασα πριν αρκετές μέρες είναι ακόμα πολύ χαλαρή παρ όλο που έχει τον Adam Levine των Maroon 5 στα φωνητικά οι οποίοι και αυτοί επιστρέφουν με κάτι νέο πολύ σύντομα. Και κάπου εδώ εμφανίζεται ο David Guetta για να κάνει ένα upgrade στο "Lifestyle" που θα του κάνει σίγουρο καλό αφού εκτός από dj tool είναι και αρκετά ραδιοφωνικό.

 O Jason Derulo συνεχίζει να πυροβολεί με singles και το 2021. Αυτή την φορά δεν θα κλέψει από το Tik Tok αλλά θα φτιάξει κάτι πρωτογενές και θα βάλει μαζί του και τον Adam Levine των Maroon 5. Στα δικά μου αυτιά ακούγεται ως κάτι που θα αγαπήσουν να παίζουν τα ραδιόφωνα οπότε πολύ σύντομα θα το δείτε να φιγουράρει μέσα στην δεκάδα σε διάφορα charts. To "Lifestyle" θα είναι ένα από τα hits που θα ακούτε τους επόμενους μήνες και ταυτοχρονα θα συντηρήσει την pop εικόνα του Derulo.

 O Jason Derulo έχει ξεπατικώσει όλο το TikTok. Εντάξει είπαμε να είσαι φανατικός του social media αλλά αυτό παραπάει. Είναι το τρίτο τραγούδι του οποίου αγοράζει τα δικαιώματα για να το μετατρέψει σε δικό του single. To "Laxed Siren Beat" έγινε τεράστια επιτυχία το "Cono" ψιλό απέτυχε και τώρα παίρνει το "Tampa Beat" για να το κάνει ένα "αντιπολεμικό anthem" με τίτλο "Love Not War".Αν και τις κινήσεις του original τις έχω ξεπατικώσει ακόμα και εγώ αυτό εδώ οκ για πλάκα καλό είναι..

 Ε εντάξει φτάνει το ακούσαμε το καταλάβαμε είναι από τις επιτυχίες της χρονιάς αλλά αυτό το "ότι αρπάξει" τώρα ο Jawsh685 γιατί δεν τον βλέπω να κάνει άλλη επιτυχία πρέπει να σταματήσει κάποια στιγμή. Jason Derulo και BTS που συμμετέχουν σε αυτό το remix μόνο κέρδος μπορεί να έχουν σε hype επίπεδο και τίποτα άλλο. Τώρα γιατί έχουν κάνει τους Κορεάτες τόσο μεγάλο όνομα στην Αμερική ακόμα προσπαθώ να το καταλάβω..

Καλή εβδομάδα soundfisters..

Χτες δόθηκαν τα VMA's με μεγάλη νικήτρια την Lady Gaga και με πολλές μάσκες στα εντυπωσιακά lives. Προσωπικά με εντυπωσίασε το live της Miley Cyrus και ας ήταν το πιο λιτό. Τα charts σαφώς και θα επηρεαστούν από τα βραβεία αλλά απ ότι δείχνουν τα μέχρι στιγμής στοιχεία το "WAP" θα βρεθεί στην κορυφή του Uk chart ρίχνοντας από εκεί τον Joel Corry.

To "Take You Dancing" του Jason Derulo έχει μία σταθερή ανοδική πορεία με προοπτική κάποια στιγμή να βρεθεί μέσα στα 10 πρώτα της Βρετανίας. Ο Jason είναι μεγάλος fan του Tik Tok και ξέρει πως αν δεν έχεις μουσική παρουσία σε αυτό είναι δύσκολα τα πράγματα πια. Το remix του R3hab είναι όπως συνήθως προς τα συν ενός υποψήφιου hit..

Στην βράση κολλάει το σίδερο και ο Jason Derulo συνεχίζει να πυροβολεί με pop singles που έχουν την προδιάθεση για hit. Τι ζητά κανείς από ένα καθαρά pop single;;; Κάτι που να μην ενοχλεί, να έχει ωραία μελωδία, να μπορεί κανείς να το ακούσει συχνά στο ραδιόφωνο χωρίς να αλλάξει σταθμό και να μπορείς να το τραγουδήσεις. O Jason Derulo το έπιασε μου φαίνεται το νόημα. Αφού θα κατακτήσει την κορυφή του Uk chart αύριο με το "Savage Love" το οποίο ξεπατηκώθηκε από το TikTok οι managers του του εξασφάλισαν άλλο ένα viral hit στο δημοφιλές σύστημα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης που όλοι το έχετε ακούσει ίσως έχετε κάνει και το δικό σας βιντεάκι. Το "Cono" θα γίνει και αυτό νούμερο ένα επιτυχία σε πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα και θα παιζει και αυτό όλο το καλοκαίρι. Από τα λίγα τραγούδια που προλαβαίνουν τις παραλίες γιατί τα περισσότερα που κυκλοφορούν τώρα πάνε για φθινόπωρο. Να δεις που όλοι οι μεγάλοι stars θα αρχίσουν να σφάζονται για το ποιος θα αποκτήσει τα διακιώματα ηχογράφησης από τα viral hits..
