 Fishing for new music in the outter banks of the music world you may discover creatures from the depth that may come to surface to terrorize your music neighborhood.For quite sometime i m tracking this new rapper and i found the time to write some words about this bubbling hot new rap track of hers "Spend Dat".This is the first solo Top 40 hit of the Miami, Fla. rapper’s career and at the recently presented BET Awards the crowd sang lyrics to her new song, a song boasting about scamming and boosting culture.Yung Miami, whose real name is Caresha Brownlee has received a mixed reception with some criticizing for supporting Sean "Diddy" Combs during sex trafficking trial and claiming the song sets a poor example for Black youth who might be negatively influenced by the lyrics.And although i don't like female rappers who set their boobs and ass in full display to promote their songs i am trying to focus into the music part so "Spend Dat" is a really active rap anthem for this summer if you are into this genre.If not all you have to do is scroll up or down...

BEYONCE - MORNING DEW (DONK)

 Beyonce celebrates 4th of July with a surprise new single that gets in touch with her soul roots.The track written by Beyonce, Pharrell Williams, The-Dream, and Darius Dixon, will appear on an upcoming 20th anniversary reissue of Beyoncé's "B'Day", out on Beyoncé's birthday (September 4). Beyonce can sing everything from country to hip hop and from pop to RnB with that flow in her voice that make things smooth and sexy.Although this is a leftover from the "B'Day" period which means 20 years kept hidden this is the time to celebrate with fans a new release.This is not a massive hit single once more but it will keep things warm up until the next release.

 The next week may belong to Madonna but the new releases have another big name that needs to bring music to this world.Celine Dion's big return with a residency this September in Paris needs the addition of some new songs in an already huge catalog.She already released "Dansons" several weeks back and now it's time for the brand new and emotional "Bonjour Pardon Merci". The music was composed by Renaud Rebillaud one of the most acclaimed creators of the contemporary French pop scene, having collaborated with artists such as Gims , Kendji Girac , Vitaa , Amel Bent and Louane.Rooted in a simple yet profound mantra "Bonjour, Pardon, Merci" explores themes of strength and gratitude. The track blends elegance and emotional depth while capturing the spirit and transformative power of connection.

MADONNA - DANCETERIA

 I have my hands on Madonna's "Confessions On The Dancefloor II" and all i have to say that this is a damn good dance record that will be appreciated in time no matter how long it will take.The album contains 15 songs with special appearences from Stromae,Feid,Sabrina Carpenter, her daughter Lola Leon and Martin Garrix on the track "Bizarre" that will probably will be released as a single although every track from this album could be a single.There are a couple of more quiet moments on the album like the one with Stromae (a surprise addition) and one more called "Betrayel" or even "L.E.S" that are very very interesting in her artistic choices that i really really like.Most of you especially fans will have this album in a few hours but for now i share my thoughts on a 5 star album and this track "Danceteria" that many talk about....talk about.....talk about...

SNOW PATROL & KYLIE MINOGUE - THESE ALARMS

 Kylie Minogue is well known for making a lot of collabs and some of them are totally out of her field in pop music.While we are expecting her duet with Madonna on "Confessions II" today we have her duet with Irish band Snow Patrol. The track was initially recorded for their 2024 album, "The Forest is the Path", but the trio decided to hold the song back until they could record it with the Australian icon.After all the song was written with Kylie Minogue in mind as the band stated.The song's narrative explores the shadows of past relationships and the tension between maintaining a safe distance and wanting to reconnect which Kylie found "irresistible".Here's your "alarm" for today and it is big and loud!!!

DJ GOJA, JASON DERULO & MELODY - MI CHICO

 With "Choosing Texas" and "Rein Me In" ruling the charts at both sides of the Atlantic there is no sign for something else to replace them permenantly.Both songs are for weeks at number one but the truth is thatthey are not the biggest songs in the world.It's quite strange the songs people know and sing are Tik Tok hits and not those two but oddly the Tik Tok hits are not reaching the charts for several reasons.There is a parallel universe in music that nobody can really understand how it works and my personal opinion is that it has to change.Something is wrong but not "Mi Chico" that is trending all over the places.This new version with Jason Derulo and Melody on vocals is made to help the Romanian dj Goja to expand and break this wall on the charts putting this afro house trend into where has to be from day one of it's release.Really what are you going to hear this summer? "Choosing Texas" or "Rein Me In" or this one?Really...

BANANARAMA - VENUS (RICHARD X'S BURNING FLAME 26 MIX)

 A cover version of Shocking Blue's "Venus" from 1969 ment to be Bananarama's biggest hit in 1986 considered as classic as the original was maybe bigger.Well London Records is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Bananarama’s landmark third studio album, "True Confessions", with a series of special reissues and exclusive collector’s editions.For the first time ever, all three original members, Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward have signed exclusive individual CD editions of the album, featuring personal reflections on the album and bonus audio content, making this anniversary celebration a must-have for fans and collectors alike.This remix by Richard X is only one of the new remixes on "Venus" with The Alias, Luke Mornay and AMYL new versions to follow pretty soon as part of celebrating Bananarama's third studio album.

DISCO BAMBINO, NILE RODGERS & SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR - DANCING WITHOUT YOU

 Sometimes there is an inspiration that comes from the past but it's so new fresh and needed that makes you say at last. Italian-American DJ and producer Disco Bambino known worldwide as Giuseppe Savoni joins forces with two iconic figures of the pop and disco scene, Nile Rodgers and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. "Dancing Without You" links directly to so many memories from the past that i could fill this post with hundreds of songs and names.This collaboration combines contemporary production with classic disco aesthetics and sticks all together like a glue.Nile Rodgers continues to be one of the most important creative forces in the modern music industry making one collaboration after another mostly with European names like Sebastien Tellier or Duran Duran.Either way charting or not this is one of my summer jams and you probably you should too...

MAJESTIC & SPANDAU BALLET - GOLD

Let me start by saying that Spandau Ballet's "Gold" is one of my most beloved songs of the 80s and the 12 inch version one of  my favourite maxi singles i own.The song was released back in 1983 and this week award-winning DJ, producer and broadcaster Majestic has released a brand-new remix of this iconic hit. His new take on "Gold" celebrates the song’s enduring status as one of Britain’s greatest sporting anthems.The remix arrives just in time for a summer of major sporting events, including the World Cup.But even so in a world where new music has a less quality status bringing back classics like this one is always a great opportunity for young people to discover the true "Gold"!!!

HUGEL, FRENCH MONTANA, DAVID GUETTA & AIDAN MARTIN - SHINE

 Recently he made a live show in my country but i didn't have the opportunity to attend although he is one of the few dj i would love to see live.Marseille-born producer HUGEL has the tunes of the summer once more and his brand new shines as the centerpiece of HUGEL’s new album.The track is a masterclass in the intersection of polished pop sensibility and gritty house production. HUGEL’s production style, which often leans into Latin-house rhythms, is here tempered by the sharp, driving percussion associated with Guetta’s recent chart-dominance. The inclusion of French Montana adds a rhythmic, hip-hop-influenced cadence to the track, while Aidan Martin provides the emotive, breathy vocals that give the song its core narrative.In other words this collaboration is already one of my favourite anthems for the summer.

SOMBR - MY BODY ISN'T READY

 My body is always ready but Sombr's isnt..."My Body Isn’t Ready" examines what it’s like to live with low self-esteem and insanely high body insecurities.The live instruments give the song a rich and full sound, while Sombr matches the song’s intensity with his unfailing vocals. Completely self-penned and co-produced by Sombr, "My Body Isn’t Ready" follows the release of "Homewrecker" and "Potential".To play this out visually, Sombr recruited Obsession’s Inde Navarrette to play the lover he’s so anxiously running away from because of his low self-esteem.Sombr once again stays true to his musical path that gave him his status in today's music.Good song but it didn't consume me...

THE ROLLING STONES - JEALOUS LOVER

 As "Foreign Tongues" is set to arrive on July 10 two new songs from the eternal Rolling Stones have been released."Jealous Lover" is the one that is being promoted with Steve Winwood on piano and organ while on the other one "Divine Intervention" is featuring Robert Smith by The Cure.On "Jealous Lover" Mick Jaggers falsetto in the beggining sounds a lot like the ones Prince used in so many of his songs which sounds really cool.This is the perfect example of the Stones’ effortless ability to switch between styles, as they glide from the pop-rock dynamism of "In The Stars" to this soulful groove. "Jealous Lover" continues the band’s lifelong love affair with R&B, as Mick delivers a "hands off" message to an over-inquisitive partner with such whip-smart lyrics as "You pray like a mantis, you’re emerald green". And this is why this band has been for decades the greatest rock band ever and as long as they can they will share their music with the world expanding their legacy.
