Morrissey over the years he transormed himself from the iconic The Smiths singer to a controversial personality that often provokes the common sense. And that's what he does on his new single "Notre-Dame".The mid-paced indie-rock track, dominated by a wobbling synth line, was inspired by the tragic fire of the historical Parisian cathedral on April 15, 2019 and in it he notably omits a controversial lyric relating to terrorism that he sang live. That part in which he sings: "Before investigations/They said, ‘It’s not terrorism" once again caused criticism makes the second single to be taken from Morrissey’s forthcoming album "Make-Up Is A Lie" quite noticable this week. The album drops on March 6 and this song is actually quite good.
