 The music in the USA is pretty much influenced by the group of people that are living there.The latest madness with traditional Mexican music and artists is in full effect.So you have rap music and hip hop, country music latin music and now a brunch called Mexican music.The anthropogeography of this nation imprinted on the Billboard charts.This Mexican regional group was created in Texas and when the band showed up to record the video for what would be their first single, they did not imagine that they would have the presence of the most listened to artist in the world.Is the presence of Bad Bunny that makes it so popular?Or Mexicans are everywhere and you don't necessarily have to be born in Mexico to be Mexican?This song is expected to storm into the Billboard top 10 this Tuesday making it the second Mexican song that gains this popularity.

 Coi Leray seems to be everywhere nowdays whether it's dance or hip hop or mainstream pop.Not one but two new songs for the rapstress with "My Body" being the one with the most chances to become a hit or get viral.Now what happens when you mix today's rap music with the 1963 Lesley Gore's classic "It's My Party" it's something which i ll let you decide what it is.Some will love it and make Tik Tok videos with it and some may find it an insult to the original song.Meghan Trainor made this sound trending and it has proved to be working.I ll guess it will happen again giving Coi Leray the follow up to "Players".

 Kesha is releasing two new songs today "Eat The Acid" and "Fine Line".Since i have both of them in my hands my question is where is she heading her music.Both tracks are experimental and have an artistic essence.It's obvious that are not made for media use such as radios and mainstream use.Both tracks will appear on her brand new album "Gag Order" set for release on May 19th.The cosmic message of "Eat The Acid" sounds interesting but i m not convinced from the first listen that it will be on my playlist.It's nice to have an artistic appeal but sometimes it's boring..

 Once a year and that's it. That's the way for Australian duo Shouse who enjoyed the massive success of their "Won't Forget You" and "Love Tonight" singles that managed to stay on top throught the last two years.Now teaming up with David Guetta for their brand new single creates the needed hype but the result it's not as good as expected."Live Without Love" doesn't have the chorus that could enter in people's mouth.The production is very usual and the gospel part doesn't fit a club banger.Of course this is my first impression and i could be wrong.But till it's proven otherwise i ll stick to this for now.

 How hard is for Kim Petras to establish a pop profile after her monstrous hit with Sam Smith.She tried with a couple of singles but nothing worked.So she tries a recipe that usually works but the question is for how long.Cause putting on board Nicki Minaj and using as a sample Alice Deejay's 1998 classic, "Better Off Alone" is one thing and standing the test of time is another.Personally "Alone" doesn't bother me at all but i m not sure if in 10 days from now will continue to be in my playlist.

 Mr worldwide, dale Pitbull together with Lil Jon have a little something for you to make you jump jump jump all over again.And if you know what i mean only one song could make you jump around all these years.The 1992 global phenomenon "Jump Around" by Cypress Hill is still a party bomber and the samples from  Bob & Earl's 1963 track "Harlem Shuffle" still push the right buttons when it comes to dance.I don't recall anyone trying all these years to use this one cause a classic is a classic but Pitbull seems to break this rule.So easy to use and so commercial that can bring both of them back, high on the charts.

 Bebe Rexha recently shared the tracklist for her upcoming album,"Bebe" featuring Dolly Parton and Snoop Dogg.It is scheduled to arrive on April 28, follows Rexha’s 2021 LP "Better Mistakes".Now Bebe Rexha just released as a single her collab with Snoop Dogg called "Satellite".Trying to establish herself as a pop star this is a good single overall although i feel Snoop Dogg should be left out on this one cause has nothing to offer on a song like this."Satellite" has a disco Abba-ish feeling with a "Flowers" attitude over a Kylie disco era flavour.But who needs a description when he can make up his own mind.I think i like it but will it work?

FOO FIGHTERS - RESCUED

 Foo Fighters has announced its first album since the sudden death of drummer Taylor Hawkins in March 2022. "But Here We Are" is set to arrive on June 2, with its lead single, “Rescued,” it's already here.According to a press release "But Here We Are" is a testament to the healing powers of music, friendship and family.The drummer on the new song is not identified yet but i guess we will soon know.This will be the 11th Foo Fighters album and the first chapter of the band’s new life."Rescued" sounds good and fans will be pleased i guess till we get something more of the new FF era...

RITA ORA ft FATBOY SLIM - PRAISING YOU

 I m not sure where Rita Ora stands in the pop world right now but her third album "You And I" will define the course of her music career.It's hard times for pop music and music of that genre in it's classic term seems to be outdated.Now great songs live forever and Fatboy Slim’s 1999 smash "Praise You" was an instant classic that still sounds fresh nearly a quarter century along, and it’s true of Take Yo’ Praise, Camille Yarborough’s 1975 funk-soul civil rights hymn, from which Norman "Fatboy Slim" Cook took the a capella introduction that forms the heart of his pop classic. Now this collab between Rita Ora and Fatboy Slim uses the classic melody in "Praising You", the spark is still there but i m not really sure if it will work.One thing is for sure....It feels good as a first impression but does it last?

 Don't get me wrong i like Christine & The Queens but i share my opinion on new songs based on what i feel about them.The French singer-songwriter is about to release his new album "Paranoia, Angels,True Love" due for release on June 9."True Love" sounds like an exploration of something rather than a single that is destined for the radio or the charts.I respect the inner explorations of an artist and not using their music for marketing audience but this one doesn't pass my own listening test.I bet that his followers will enjoy this and share their "True Love" with Chris so don't give my review any credit in case you disagree.
