A surprise new release by Doechii and SZA will be the last post for 2025 as we are moving fast to what 2026 brings in music.Are you ready for it?

This is not the first time the girls are collaborating and in this one they are trying to respond to some issues about their color and their female presence in rap music.Talking about issues...The track is the two artists’ first time working together since 2022’s "Persuasive" and Doechii’s biggest release since "Anxiety"."Girl, Get up.," samples the Neptunes' drums from Birdman and Clipse's "What Happened To That Boy?" and although it doesn't sound like a song that will stay for a long time in the spotlight it remains a big collab for music especially in the USA.

 One of the names that will shake things up in 2026 is yet unknown British rapper EsDeeKid.And not only in the Uk but in the USA also.In 2025 rap music made a huge downfall in the charts living room to other genres to shine.But that doesn't mean there won't be rap hits in 2026.Not only one but several songs from EsDeeKid show streaming upgrade in the last days of 2025 which means at least one chart hit is on the way.As of November 2025, his single "Phantom" (with Rico Ace) has accumulated more than 120 million streams, and album "Rebel" has charted in multiple European countries.In November 2025, rumours began to circulate on TikTok that EsDeeKid's actual identity was American-French actor Timothée Chalamet, with internet users noting correlations between articles of clothing and physical similarities.The rumours went down after a music video for a remix of EsDeeKid's single "4 Raws", featuring a rap verse from Chalamet himself.I ll choose "Phantom" for this post cause it's the one that impressed me more if you ask me...

SHE & HIM - I THOUGHT I SAW YOUR FACE TODAY

 This is one more proof that what makes a song succesfull is the power of media.Not how good or bad it is.Right after Kato's unexpected "Turn The Lights Off" a song by She & Him is going viral 17 years later.The music duo She & Him, made up of Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, released "I Thought I Saw Your Face Today" back in March of 2008 on their album "Volume One".As of December 2025, it’s got hundreds of thousands of videos using the sound on TikTok and that's good enough for the song to gain multiple streaming plays enough to put it on the charts the next days.And just like that a hidden gem gets a pull of the mud of time to shine so many years after it's release.More like them to come in 2026...

 Covers have been a trademark all 2025 sign that new artists can't find inspiration for new melodies or they are too attracted to oldies.Not many of them were good enough but some were.Just like this cover made by Elderbrook as part of his YouTube series "Hotel Room Sessions."This is a modern cover of Kim Carnes' 1981 classic "Bette Davis Eyes," that delivers an irresistibly emotive, sensual atmosphere that lets his performance take center stage. Expressive vocals laid over barely-there organic instrumentation with  his voice, transforming the cover into a feelsy, sing-along-ready interpretation.This is a great cover version one to keep like....forever.

 The decomprassion from all festive songs has already started with all the known hits coming back to the highest chart places.Raye with "Where Is My Husband" will probably gain the first Uk number one of 2026 while Taylor Swift's "The Fate Of Ophelia" will return to Billboard's number one.But while we are expecting noticable for the charts new releases and all the latest data entries there is still good music out there to put into your playlists just like this one.All Things Break is an joe doe artist for now just like HAVN is with a dance tune that captures you from the first note."Gravity" works like a physical attraction that builts up creating a music web that won't let you go even if you want to.Till we find out who the hell is this guy just give in and let go to this great dance anthem.

 Timbaland's reign may have long lost but almost 20 years ago songs like this one left a strong music footprint that djs will always draw making their own experiments in dance music.The rework of the 2007 track "The Way I Are", which features US R&B vocalist Keri Hilson along with verses from rapper D.O.E. and Timbaland's brother Sebastian has been remixed by Max Dean.It's been a breakout year for rising UK house producer Max Dean, whose "Can't Decide" collab with Locky and Luke Dean made quite an impact in the Uk in 2025.So he is one of the djs to look up to in 2026 promising some hits on the way.

Are you ready for jolly Christmas time? Are you streaming anything else besides Mariah Carey, Wham and Brenda Lee? Well it's fine in order to get closer to the Christmas spirit but Sound Fist will continue with new music just as long there is a good one out there depending the period.

Afrojack's new single is unlocking peak rave memories linking up with Amel on vocals."Rivers" is a melodic house track built on layered synths and a consistent groove. It escalates gradually before delivering a straightforward drop, suited for both club sets and festival stages.This alone makes this one at least worth listening to cause after all Afrojack delivers good dance tunes.

ANYMA ft EJAE - OUT OF MY BODY

 The new releases might be few this period but i m trying hard to select the best ones for you.And this collaboration between electronic dance master Anyma with Ejae (one of the voices behind super hit "Golden") is a real treat.The track is also another contribution to "The End Of Genesys (Deluxe)", an expanded version of Anyma’s early-2025 album. The deluxe set is billed as the original fifteen tracks plus eight new songs and remixes, including his recent collaboration with Solomun, "Till I Die".This is a melodic techno anthem built for huge rooms with Korean-American singer-songwriter Ejae mirroring the pulse with a singer’s sense of drama and a dancer’s sense of control.

 Kylie finally did it earning her first Xmas Uk number one single breaking a whole bunch of records too proving why she is the ultimate Uk pop star even though she is from Australia.The festive season is also the perfect playground for oldies return and this years John Lewis Christmas advert brough back Limerick's 1990 club anthem "Where Love Lives".Now this anthem gets the MK treatment putting a serious update to the song that will probably get a lot of attention fron now on.All we need now is a new remix for Kato's viral song "Turn The Lights Off" and the New Year's party is on.

What? Do you want me to post Christmas songs in order to get in the mood? I won't unless i have to.So bringing back an oldie made by the hands of German duo Stereoact it's a decent thing to do although this revive isn't something more than adding a dance beat and speeding up the bpms just a little.Stereoact are making a living by making remixes to oldies and this one is another addition to their career.Jennifer Rush released "I Come Undone" in 1983 and it was a huge hit in Europe but not in the Uk or the United Sates.I still remember that year with Rush being all over on radio with this gem tune that deserved better.

ISAAC MATHER - HEAVEN COULDN'T WAIT FOR YOU

 It's really hard right in the middle of the festive period for new songs to find their way into the charts unless they have a big impact in large audiences usually through the social media.Newcomer Isaac Mather wrote this one for anyone who knows how it feels to lose someone they love.And the reaction was almost instant.Isaac Mather is a musician and artist from Lynchburg, Virginia, United States.Although his listed genre is Hip-Hop/Rap this song about loss, grief, and emotional pain after losing someone close is the one that will make him a star. It expresses a sense of not being ready for that departure and struggling with the idea that "heaven couldn’t wait" for the person who passed.For many Christmas time will be a depressing period and if this song survives the "too much joy" it will be a bigger hit right after the first days of 2026.

SKILLET - O COME O COME EMMANUEL

 With Christmas songs all around us, new and old, the race for Cgristmas number one is on.Apart from that there is a song from 2011 by KATO that is really trending a lot these days on Tik Tok making it an odd contestant this year.But among the new releases in Christmas songs some of them really silly and childish there is a rock one by Skillet that really makes the difference in my choices this year.The American Christian heavy metal band Skillet have caused controversy  after releasing their version of the Advent hymn "O Come, O Come Emmanuel".They have reinterpreted the hymn to include distorted guitars, driving drums, and powerful vocals something that the first part of the song doesn't make you ready for.In times where rock music is taking a rebound in sales mostly for now this is a good choice for a rocking (hard) merry Christmas.

KYLIE MINOGUE - HOT IN DECEMBER

 If "Hot In December" is considered a Xmas song and one of the new songs in Kylie's 10th wrap edition of her Christmas album then i buy it.In fact this one is way better than the "XMAS" single that is expected to enter the Uk top 10 in the next few days.This is pure pop with not too many things in the music sound like a seasonal single but the lyrics kinda push you in that direction.Hopefully this one too will get the right attention and probably will return again next December.

 In hard times for pop Jade is a pop star in the Uk but stays indoor for now.The release of the deluxe version of her debut solo full-length "That's Showbiz Baby!" - aptly-titled "The Encore" came with some new songs with "Church" being the official single.Depending on how pop sounds today this song is quite an effort for her to return to the churts in the middle of the Christmas pandemic.I will vote for "Church" cause when it comes to pop music the slightly difference in the sound and production can really sound interesting as this one.

DISCLOSURE & LEON THOMAS - DEEPER

As we are getting closer to Xmas less and less new releases by big names will be released cause everybody knows that there's no luck in streaming services or the charts for the next at least 30 days.Still there are some artists like Leon Thomas that next year will probably dominate music since their audience is growing fast."Mutt" after 42 weeks managed to enter the Usa top 10 after a long time struggling to make a difference.And now an offering for a single with Disclosure will expand his fame not only in the Uk (which is waiting for him) but in the dance genre also."Deeper" is a true meeting in the middle for Disclosure and Leon. The brother duo craft a wavy electronic dance cut that features 2-step-inspired drum programming alongside vibey synth work, including a rich, wobbly bass.One of the few interesting new releases this week.

 Classics have always a special appeal to this blogger so whenever i like a remake or remix here we are.This is a take on Toto's 70s era in one of their most iconic songs in my opinion.These three djs are making some pretty good waves right now among the dance download streaming services with by reimagining "Georgy Porgy" not too far from the original version by adding some extra bpms and using some new close to the original vocals.The outcome surely caught my attention and it might caught yours too.After all who says no to a classic tune in a fresh way..

 You may remember her name from many provided vocals in several dance anthems or you may not.Hannah Boleyn is a British singer-songwriter from the Uk and she has collaborated with several electronic music artists including Galantis, John Summit, D.O.D among others.Maybe now it's her chance to make a solo impact since this cover of Massive Attack's "Teardrop" grapped me by the neck the moment i heard it.The 1998 original is a solid classic that never left and never will.Hannah Boleyn besides her awesome vocals is adding a dance twist to this classic that sounds so good that probably makes it one of my favourite new releases this week that will stay in my playlist for quite sometime for sure.

 Next week charts will begin to feel like Christmas with all the well known classics taking their place on the highest positions in the top 10.That means that for at least 1 month no new songs except some exceptions will appear to the spotlight but i ll try to find as many hidden as possible.

Now Tiesto decided to return to his trance roots by releasing "Bring Me To Life" with vocals by FORS.This single comes ahead of his set at Egypt’s Great Pyramids of Giza on 19th December, where fans will get to experience his "new sound" in a three-hour DJ set."Bring Me To Life" is also the first taste of a new album from Tiesto, which will will be released in 2026.This is a familiar epic Tiesto release that sounds better with the volume up!!!

NF - FEAR

 Multiple charts almost for every major genre are made so there can be considered some songs hits in their field.I really don't agree with that cause real success comes when your song can be sung, dance to or even mumble it.Then there are so many good songs that they really didn't get the chance to reach a wide audience due to how system works.Sometimes all it takes is a tv appearence or going viral on Tik Tok to get this."Fear" is part from NF's third extended play and it does get the Tik Tok viral status in a way. The six-song EP, which features collaborations with mgk and James Arthur makes this a thrilling return for the rapper.If one song has the ability to be played on the radio that would be "Fear" for sure.It deserves to be a hit...

The perfect funeral song was released this week by Lewis Capaldi so if you are in a depress mood i suggest you to skip this post and move to the next one.This one is part of the "Survive" Ep released this week and it's an affecting, piano-led ballad that finds the Scottish singer-songwriter ruminating on mortality in stark, but evocative terms. "The Day That I Die" is about "the lowest he’ve felt in his life" and he admitted he felt "a bit weird putting it out there for people to hear".For now the song is really doing very well in the download section but moving in fast in the festive season i really don't know if it continues this way.

Old school Hollywood,with a biting sense of Britishness to the way her voice moves Sienna is going to be crowned as the next big thing.
