 While the European charts are for a couple of days more under the Eurovision contest influence Sam Ryder decides to go Teddy Swims for his new single "Oh Ok". The single marks the second offering from this exciting new era of Sam’s career and music, and the latest flavour of the self-coined Frontier Soul genre that it adopts.Hopefully this single will be appreciated more from his previous single "White Lies" although as you can all feel by now to join the "20 hits per year club" is a very hard to do no matter how great the song is.

 From promoting his voice on social media to Eurovision and then an established name in music Sam Ryder releases his first new music in 2025 after a long period of silence.Smart move for him to release a song that resembles as a genre to the ones that Teddy Swims releases but i m not really sure if his vocals match this sound.But to telle you the truth i like very much "White Lies" overall and i believe that the odds of becoming this a wide hit are very strong.How about a remix duet version with Teddy Swims Sam? Think about it.....

 The race for the Christmas Uk number one is on and it's between Wham with "Last Christmas" and Sam Ryder's "You 'Re Christmas To Me". If Wham will be at the top it will be the first time for the ultimate Christmas song that will be a Christmas number one.Now if Sam Ryder gains this title it will be his first ever number one song."You 'Re Christmas To Me" is only avaliable from Amazon and only in the Uk, a tradition that Amazon uses for the last few years.Pogue's "Fairytale Of New York" seems that it's losing the battle for the number one spot but the number 3 position is certainly the highest it ever made.Now Sam Ryder's Christmas single is a rather good festive song that will appear in future Christmas charts many times.So for now i m in favour of "Last Christmas" for the very first time Christmas number one cause it deserves it..

 Don't get me wrong i think Sam Ryder has a great voice, i just don't like very much his singles.Tonight is the Eurovision final and as usual the host country will present her last year's contestant brand new single.Along with "Spaceman" Sam Ryder will perform his brand new single "Mountain" a eurovion-ish song that will occupy the charts for a short period of time mostly in the Uk only to be replaced by the winning song right after.Sam said of the song, which has already become a fan favourite at gigs: “Mountain, it’s about perseverance, conquering and overcoming what life throws your way.”.Oh well...

 Sam Ryder became viral covering songs on social media with his powerful voice indeed.Then came the Eurovision a debut album and some collabs that launched his career in music.Soon he will be once more at the Eurovision stage in Liverpool while a brand new cover is his latest single.The iconic 1986 "You Ve Got The Love" by The Source & Candi Staton on vocals is a good choice although a male version is something we hear for the very first time.This cover version is also used on a well known brand campaign so it has an exposure that could start a fire.And if you ask me if i like it i ll say that i prefer the Florence And The Machine's cover and that should do...

SAM RYDER - PUT A LIGHT ON ME

 On Friday's Uk chart there will be a three way run for the number one between last year's Elton John and Ed Sheeran "Merry Christmas", Wham's "Last Christmas" and Mariah Carey winning the race as usual. On the other hand the albums chart will find Sam Ryder's deluxe version of his first album hitting the number one spot for the first time.It's been a great year for Sam after the Eurovision contest with singles, collabs and live shows that put him in the spotlight of the Uk music scene.This single may be his best in my ears with a dance beat, great vocals that pumping and a la Police guitar riffs that makes this tune a bop.I d like to see this one on the Uk chart right after Christmas...

DAVID GUETTA & SIGALA ft SAM RYDER - LIVING WITHOUT YOU

 The man who never stops working David Guetta along with Sigala took by the hand Sam Ryder for his first dance record claiming another hit. Although Guetta is going to storm the Uk Top 10 this week with "I M Good' and Bebe Rexha on vocals he seems he is not willing to stop producing remixing or releasing potential hits.Sigala on the other hnd continues his streak of hits after "Stay The Night" with Talia Mar being his latest chart topper.Is Sam Ryder gonna receive a hit after his latest single that seems to fail success?In my personal opinion "Living Without You" is something a heard before not once but several times.I m not sure is going to receive a Top 20 position in the Uk unless this collaboration feels extremely hot for the fans..

SAM RYDER - SOMEBODY

One thing is for sure he has a great voice. He made it on his own using the social media then came Eurovision and now it's time to see how much his talent will be appreciated and for how long.Sam Ryder took his time for the follow up to "Spaceman" and "Somebody" i feel like it's a nice choice.This is not the pop song as we know it the last decades and it follows some traditional forms that no longer hear on the radio so often. This doesn't mean it's not a good song but i m afraid that it will have an appeal more to an adult audience.Sam Ryder is in his momentum at least in the Uk for now and i m just curious how this breezy summerish old school pop will be received..

SAM RYDER - SPACE MAN (SAM FELDT REMIX)

 I thought that one week or two will be enough for Sam Ryder's "Space Man" in the Uk charts but after his live performance at the queen's jubilee the song pushes back in the Uk top 10. In other news Sam Ryder is working on a new song with none the less David Guetta and it will be released very soon. The closest thing to that upcoming release might be this remix by Sam Feldt to the suprising successful Uk entry to this year's Eurovision...
