The "Live At The BBC" EP features her cover of the Carole King classic with Jools Holland (Side A) and a cover of boygenius' "Cool About It" (Side B).The track "You've Got A Friend" is a heartfelt cover performed on Later... with Jools Holland and the response by the audience was massive.That much that this is probably going to enter the Uk charts next week in the highest chart positions.This is the Olivia Dean effect and the return of real music in musical tastes of the people.

 With a monster global hit already with "Man I Need" Olivia Dean is probably the hottest newcomer from the Uk this year.And her journey will continue in 2026 since "So Easy (To Fall In Love)" which is even better will be her second global success.To tell you the truth i never thought this soul jazz fusion could find the way to the charts cause simply times are different but it does happening worldwide and that's something pretty encouraging for new artists and different genres.Even bigger is the surprise for her conquaring even the United States a place where country music dominates.From the Sade era we haven't seen such a soul jazz blow up.

Olivia Dean is really big right now in the Uk with at least two songs in the top 10 and multiple awards coming in the next Brits."Man I Need" is a pop song with elements of R&B, gospel, and jazz that will climb even higher over the next weeks making it her biggest hit so far. The London musician is set to release her second album, "The Art of Loving", next month on 26th September and from what it seems it will be one of the best selling albums in the Uk by the end of the year.
