 Like most djs, James Hype is preparing for the dance summer action by releasing on dance anthem after the other.His latest production is "Wild" and it uses Jodeci's "You Got It" but the funny thing is that he used AI vocals he put them into his project, added reverb and compression and pitched them up.So he didn't have to need permission to use them and that's a small indication of what software music from djs is all about.So if you were wondering how often djs are releasing new projects well there you have it.Soon we'll see AI making posts saying "I'll show you how I replaced DJs on every dance venue".Till then "Wild" is an honest dance proposal for the summer.

 Is there another "Ferrari" for James Hype somewhere waiting in the back of his mind?Perhaps but for now there is not a follow up to his last year massive hit.Most djs they are releasing at least once a month (sometimes every week) a brand new song and if it works....it works.Otherwise they move on to the next one till they hit the spot.This time James Hype recruits Kim Petras for his brand new single "Drums Drums" and the sample he uses is from Justin Timberlake's "Like I Love You" from 2002.This bass house dance anthem has a ready radio profile but i really can't tell if it will work.Once again there is not a significant difference from the rest.Only the sample changes...

 Ξέρω πως αρκετοί από εσάς είσαστε djs και ψάχνετε μόνο τα dance που παρουσιάζω στο blog. Αχανές το είδος με κάθε καρυδιάς καρύδι εκεί μέσα και τι να πρωτοδιαλέξεις. Συνήθως προτιμώ τα γνωστά ονόματα του χώρου χωρίς αυτό να είναι δεσμευτικό και ο James Hype έχει και καλό hype και καλό feeling στα dance tracks που παρουσιάζει. Το "Good Luck" με την Pia Mia στα φωνητικά είναι από αυτά που θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν έως και commercial hits. Ώρα του καλή λοιπόν και "καλή τύχη" στα ηχεία σας...

OFENBACH ft LAGIQUE - WASTED LOVE (JAMES HYPE REMIX)

 Ευτυχώς η επιφάνεια εργασίας μου είναι γεμάτη από νέες κυκλοφορίες οι οποίες αξιολογούνται και θα παρουσιαστούν τις επόμενες μέρες. Για το "Wasted Love" των Ofenbach έχω γράψει εδώ και μήνες και ως συνήθως πολλά από αυτά τα τραγούδια γίνονται επιτυχίες μετά από μήνες ή μπορεί και καθόλου ανάλογα με τις επιταγές της μουσικής βιομηχανίας. Πάντως το συγκεκριμένο είχε τις προδιαγραφές ακούγεται ήδη στην χώρα μας και οι Βρετανοί αποφάσισαν να το κυκλοφορήσουν και στο νησί με μία σειρά από νέα remixes που δεν είναι απαραίτητο να το κάνουν και καλύτερο από το original. O James Hype που είναι ιδιαίτερα γνωστός στους κύκλους των dj χρησιμοποίησε όλη την αφαιρετική μέθοδο των dancefloors και το έκανε έτσι. Χμμμ θα προτιμήσω το original ή θα περιμένω και κάποιο άλλο νέο του remix...

JAMES HYPE ft HARLEE - AFRAID (KC LIGHTS REMIX)

 Έχω γράψει για το "Afraid" του James Hype ότι είναι ένα από τα dance anthems που το προσπαθούν για hit στην Μεγάλη Βρετανία αν και το μόνο που έχει απομείνει στην χορευτική σκηνή είναι το ραδιόφωνο και δεν ξέρουμε αν τα clubs με όλες αυτές τις τελευταίες μεταλλάξεις θα είναι ανοιχτά το καλοκαίρι.Από την άλλη υπάρχουν και τα remixes που μπορεί να κινήσουν περισσότερο το ενδιαφέρον και ο KC Lights είναι επίσης από τα ανερχόμενα νέα ονόματα στον χώρο. Ωραίο το remix του για ένα dance anthem που ούτως ή άλλως στηρίζω...

JAMES HYPE ft HARLEE - AFRAID

 Τον James Hype δεν τον συναντάς πρώτη φορά στο blog μου. Αν και είναι αρκετά γνωστός στην Βρετανία κάποιο μεγάλο hit δεν του έχει κάτσει ακόμα αλλά ποτέ δεν είναι αργά. Το "Afraid" έχει αρκετούς μήνες κυκλοφορίας αλλά απ ότι φαίνεται κάποιοι αποφάσισαν να επενδύσουν σε αυτό και όχι άδικα. Είναι ένα πολύ ευχάριστο dance pop anthem που εύκολα αγαπιέται και άλλο τόσο εύκολα παίζεται (από τους πάντες).Το γεγονός ότι το BBC το έβαλε στο playlist του θα έχει σαν συνέπεια να γίνει ευρύτερα γνωστό και γιατί όχι ακόμα και ένα από τα dance anthems του καλοκαιριού που έρχεται. Δεν είναι πολλά εκείνα που έχουν όλες αυτές τις προδιαγραφές..

Το "God Is A Dancer" συγκαταλέγεται στα dance hits του χειμώνα που θα πάρουν τον χρόνο τους μέχρι το επόμενο καλοκαίρι και θα είναι από αυτά που θα παίζουν στα clubs. Άλλωστε αυτό συμβαίνει με τα περισσότερα με ελάχιστες εξαιρέσεις που γίνονται instant hits. Το remix αυτό το έφτιαξε ο James Hype και το αποτέλεσμα μάλλον είναι ένα αρκετά χρήσιμο εργαλείο για τους djs...

O Craig David είναι ιδιαίτερα ενεργός στην μουσική βιομηχανία το τελευταίο χρονικό διάστημα είτε solo είτε συμμετέχοντας σε τραγούδια άλλων. Ο James Hype από την άλλη δημιουργεί pop dance και μαζί με τον Craig David έφτιαξαν μαζί το "No Drama" ένα αρκετά ευχάριστο pop τραγούδι φτιαγμένο για mainstream κατανάλωση. Υπάρχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα λοιπόν στο μέλλον να πέσετε πάνω του είτε στα charts είτε σε κάποιο ραδιόφωνο...
