GABRY PONTE, BLASTERJAXX & 1 WORLD - NOW WE ARE FREE (EXTENDED MIX)

 After the release of "Gladiator II" it was only natural for one the most iconic movie themes to come back reminding that Hans Zimmer is a legend when it comes to composing.A dance effort between Italian dj Gabry Ponte, Dutch dance icons Blasterjaxx and 1 World makes "Now We Are Free" a dj favourite when it comes on creating an epic environment on dancefloors.Techno and movies don't get along but think again after hearing this one.

GABRY PONTE - CRUSADE (EXTENDED MIX)

 Techno is once again on the rise and many of the dance productions are embracing this genre.Eduard Artemyev's "Theme From Siberiade" from 1979 is a classic instrumental theme that has been used before in dance music with PPK's "Resurection from 2001 being probably the most succesful one.Italian dj and producer Gabry Ponte takes this theme in 2024 to create this techno tornado hitting like a hammer the sound field it meets.

GABRY PONTE - EASY ON MY HEART (EXTENDED MIX)

 They say Italians do it better which is partial true.In this case Gabry Ponte is using the melody of Maggie Reilly's 1992 mega hit "Everytime We Touch" to unleash his dancefloor anthem "Easy On My Heart".After so many covers, samples and re-invented songs from classics nothing impress me much and i expect everything from anyone.The lack of  creating something new some say it's an inspiration from the good old days.Either way songs like that have a head start when they played for the first time but is it enough.In some cases are like Guetta's "I m Good" so you never know...

SWITCH DISCO ft ELLA HENDERSON - REACT (GABRY PONTE REMIX)

 As the days go by it seems that what it seemed obvious to me it might take a little time to happen.Switch Disco with Ella henderson on vocals have an obvious hit in their hands and one of the summer anthems this year but it isn't an instant hit as it should be especially in the Uk.Slow but steady it gains more and more airplay and the remixes are keep on coming right before the big names step in to lift off this banger.The "Children" sample is unmistakable and it works perfectly with this production.So it seems it will take some more time to happen but when it does it will take longer to forget.

SIGALA, GABRY PONTE & ALEX GAUDINO - RELY ON ME

 In case you are new here all the new releases i review can be found on the Sound Fist Facebook page just using the password here.Some of my reviews are so fresh that can not be found even on You Tube for some hours and will be added for preview later as you all can see. Now Sigala after "Stay The Night" he moves on with a brand new release collaborating with some legends of the dance field like Alex Gaudino and Gabry Ponte."Rely On Me" has some elements from the dance music all of them are releasing but it didn't convinced me that can really stand out even in the Uk charts.Besides we are getting slowly in the holiday season and there is no room for releases like this one on the charts...

GALWARO, LIZOT, GABRY PONTE - LIKE A PRAYER

Υπάρχουν διάφοροι τρόποι για να γνωρίσει η νεολαία τραγούδια από το παρελθόν. Μέχρι τώρα ήταν οι διασκευές αλλά τελευταία έχει μπει στο παιχνίδι και το TikTok μαζί με το You Tube. Τελευταία ένα viral video έχει φέρει στις υψηλότερες θέσεις πωλήσεων το "Dreams" των Fleetwood Mac πράγμα που δεν θα το φέρει στην κορυφή των charts βέβαια γιατί πολύ απλά δεν παίζουν ρόλο μόνο οι πωλήσεις. Γι αυτό και στο νούμερο 1 στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες θα βρεθεί κατευθείαν το "Franchise" το νέο single του Travis Scott.

Οι διασκευές βέβαια δεν θα σταματήσουν ποτέ να υπάρχουν και μία νέα που έκανε την εμφάνιση της στην Γερμανία και μάλιστα με αρκετή δυναμική είναι αυτή στο "Like A Prayer" της Madonna. Δεν χρειάζεται βέβαια να την συγκρίνω με το original αλλά επειδή υπάρχουν πολλοί διασκευάκηδες είπα να την αναφέρω..

LUM!X & GABRY PONTE - MONSTER (ROBIN SCHULZ EXTENDED REMIX)

O ανερχόμενος Αυστριακός LUM!X συνεργάζεται με τον Gabry Ponte δημιουργό των Eiffel 65 που πριν μερικές δεκαετίες είχε το "Blue" ως ένα από τα πιο επιδραστικά massive dance hits που ακόμα και σήμερα έχει πέραση. Και επειδή υπάρχει ένα αρκετά μεγάλο κοινό που παρακολουθεί-αρέσκεται στα edm που έχουν και festival υπόσταση τύπου Tommorowland το "Monster" είναι από αυτά που έχουν ξεχωρίσει τελευταία ειδικά μετά το remix που του έκανε ο Robin Schulz. Περι ορέξεως κολοκυθόπιτα...
