 Believe it or not Delta Goodrem has one of the best singles this week as far as i heard till now.The Australian artist released her second single from her upcoming new album "Hearts On The Run".The new song is her first single of 2024, following the release of "Back To Your Heart" last August.The high-octane "Hearts On The Run" has an energetic beat rooted in the vibrant sound of the ‘80s.The song urges you to discover what you’re truly made of by pushing your own boundaries.And if you want to see her live she will be touring Europe this year so buy your tickets.

CLAIRE RICHARDS & DELTA GOODREM - NO MORE TEARS (ENOUGH IS ENOUGH) (STEVE ANDERSON EXTENDED DISCO MIX)

 This can easily be said due to so many covers, revivals, remixes and samples from the past.On the other hand having classics from the past in any form is a music botox due to lack of inspiration.Following a hugely run with Steps and topping the charts with their "Platinum Collection" album Claire Richards returns with her second solo album "Euphoria".On this album there are two duets which one of them is with Delta Goodrem for a powerhouse rendition of Barbara Streisand and Donna Summer's iconic classic "Enough Is Enough (No More Tears)".If you are not familiar with the original version then you just have to look that up asap.And after you do that compare it with this one.Not very far but still a classic is a classic..

DELTA GOODREM - SOLID GOLD (INITIAL TALK REMIX)

 Τα 80's συνεχίζουν να μπολιάζουν την μουσική με τον έναν ή με τον άλλο τρόπο και είναι μόνο καλό να επανέλθουμε σε συνθέσεις και όχι σε αυτιστικές επαναλήψεις. Το τελευταίο single της Delta Goodrem έχει ένα remix από τον Initial Talk που το intro του είναι σαφώς επηρεασμένο από το "Together In Electric Dreams" για να μην πω κάτι πιο βαρύ ενώ το υπόλοιπο εξελίσσεται σε κάτι που θυμίζει κάτι από τα τραγούδια της Olivia Newton John από τα 80's. Όπως και να το δει κανείς το "Solid Gold" αν και δεν προορίζεται για επιτυχία κάνει καλό στα ηχεία μου...
