 As if the Shakira and Burna Boy single for the Fifa World Cup wasn't enough another one emerged today with a highlight collaboration between Lisa, Anitta and Rema.This new collaboration brings together three completely different musical worlds, creating a project that doesn't necessary mean it's good enough to score "Goals" both in the field or the audience.This song may be used for some highlights from the world cup but apart from that this is a highlight addition in names for the upcoming album.Not scoring unfortunately...

THE WEEKND & ANITTA - SAO PAULO

 Master of Horror Abel Tesfaye is bringing the body horror right before Halloween.This is the third single from his upcoming "Hurry Up Tomorrow" album already presented live on his show in Brazil last September together with Anitta. Now the song is streaming and the music video has come to stress us all out. In the video, directed by Freeka Tet, Anitta sports a baby bump. Okay, normal so far. The baby bump then grows a mouth approx where Anitta’s belly button should be, and it sings The Weeknd’s verses.Creepy right?

 Streaming is playing an important role to the charts. The thing is that other songs are selling on i tunes and different songs are being streamed in the platforms. The combination of these two are making the hits but it's really strange how these two are often so very different. For an example Anitta's "Envolver" became the first latin song from Brazil by a female to reach number one in the global spotify chart but guess what.There is nowhere to be found in the USA or Uk charts. So that means that there is not just music from these two sources but there is a global market that prefers artists like Anitta.

 Για την Anitta έχω μιλήσει στο blog πολύ καιρό πριν. Το ότι την προορίζουν για την νέα international star επίσης το έχω γράψει. Μετά την τεράστια επιτυχία στην πατρίδα της οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες είναι το θέσφατον οπότε καλλιτέχνες σαν την Cardi B ευχαρίστως συνεργάζονται μαζί της στο νέο της single "Me Gusta". Και επειδή τα latin hits έχουν μία ιδιαίτερη πέραση και στην Ελλάδα αυτό είναι κάτι που θα το τσιμπήσουν τα pop ραδιόφωνα αν και είναι περιορισμένης ευθύνης..

ANITTA & J BALVIN - DOWNTOWN

Δεν ξέρω πόσα κεφάλαια έχει ακόμα το βιβλίο latin-mania πάντως προβλέπω πως η ιστορία θα συνεχιστεί τουλάχιστον μέχρι το επόμενο καλοκαίρι. Η παροικία της Καραιβικής στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες είναι μεγάλη και η άνθιση του είδους (όχι πως δεν υπήρχε από παλιά) θα συνεχιστεί και με αυτή την συνεργασία της ανερχόμενης Anitta με τον Mi Gente J Balvin στο downtown. Τώρα αν τα latin riffs σας θυμίζουν το "I Know What You Want" του Busta Rhymes με την Mariah Carey δεν θα έχετε και πολύ άδικο αλλά αυτό μάλλον θα λειτουργήσει σαν ατού στο "Downtown" το οποίο είναι συμπαθές...

ALESSO & ANITTA - IS THAT FOR ME

Αυτός είναι διάσημος Σουηδός παραγωγός remixer μπλα μπλα μπλα....Αυτή είναι pop star στην Βραζιλία και την ψάχνει για international καριέρα. Νομίζω ότι με την συνεργασία τους δεν απέχουν πολύ από την chart επιτυχία όχι γιατί είναι η επιτομή της εξαιρετικής pop αλλά γιατί είναι ένα καλό τραγούδι για το είδος του συγκριτικά πάντοτε με αυτά που ακούω τα τελευταία χρόνια. Και αν αναρωτιέσαι "Is That For Me" μια δοκιμή θα σε πείσει...
