I didn't see that coming and i was deeply surpised hearing one of the most succesful English rock bands in the United States covering this song.Well Def Leppard released a cover of Ben E. King classic "Stand By Me" to support those affected by Los Angeles fires.Def Leppard's version is also featured in the Netflix film "Bank Of Dave 2: The Loan Ranger", which was released on January 10.
