REGARD & ELLA HENDERSON - NO SLEEP

 Ella Henderson came a long way since her X Factor participation becoming one of the most succesful voices in dance productions in the Uk. On the other hand Regard blew up a couple of years ago with "Ride It" and a couple more super hits in his bio.It was just a matter of time for these two to release a new potential hit and "No Sleep" is the result.I think Regard had on his back of his mind "Insomnia" by Faithless when he was writing this one and you can notice it if you pay close attention."No Sleep" is a ready club banger and a radio ready dance pop tune.

REGARD & DROP G - NO LOVE FOR YOU

 Let's get down let's down to business give you one more night one more night to get this......You can easily use the vocals on top of this melody and you almost have the same song.The similarities to Tiesto's "The Business: with this brand new collab between Regard and Drop G are hard not to notice.    And the funny thing is that "No Love For You" is expected to blow up on the charts.Why? Because it's a successful recipe.If they don't feel shame to release such a copy why should i.Don't get me wrong it's not that i don't like the song.It's just the copy thing that makes me angry..

REGARD & YEARS & YEARS - HALLUCINATION (CHILLED)

 I m quite hooked on "Hallucination" and i m not quite sure it will achieve the success it is supposed to. Regard & Years & Years have a summer anthem in my opinion and if it takes to wait till then hey hey i ll pay the price.I m quite sure that soon enough we will get the dance remixes of the song but till then this chilled version is as good as i needed to. Lately it takes a long time for a song to become a hit and let's hope this is one will happen to this gem...

His latest single with Kwabs was so underrated that made me furious. I still expect that sometime in the future "Signals" will find the success it deserves. Regard is moving on recruiting Olly Alexander aka Years & Years for his brand new single which is using the beloved Filatov & Karas remix of "Don't Be So Shy" by Imany as a sample. It's so easy to play "Hallucination" everywhere so i guess the term instant hit suits it perfectly. Soon you will find the preview but the full song for now is only at Sound Fist Facebook page...

NEIKED ft MAE MULLER & POLO G - BETTER DAYS (REGARD REMIX)

 This is definitely one of my 30 favourite tracks of 2021 and i still believe that after holidays will gain more credits. If not that doesn't change the fact that Neiked is under my radar and on repeat at my speakers. The remix of "Better Days" came from Regard and it's not better than the original in my opinion. The feeling of the single version is still unbeatable and i don't know if someone else besides Purple Disco Machine or Claptone can catch the vibe and create a better version...

REGARD ft KWABS - SIGNALS

 All the new releases you can find them at Sound Fist Facebook page and all you have to do is ask for permission to join unless you are a blank profile. And because this blog has some of the releases too soon and there is no preview yet all you have to join my page. Like this one that concerns another dj who found himself topping the charts even though he comes from the Balkans. Regard has a new single out and it's a good one if you ask me. Together with Kwabs on vocals "Signals" signs from miles as a hit to my ears. I hope it won't stumble to the seasonal wall of music that will sell like crazy the next month and become what it is destined for...

REGARD ft TROYE SIVAN & TATE MCRAE - YOU (KC LIGHTS REMIX)

 It seems that the newest Regard single didn't work as he expected in the Uk but there is an increasing interest at the USA. Troye Sivan and Tate McRae suits better to the the usa pop radios even though it's very difficult to overcome in sales other genres. I have already reviewed "You" many weeks ago but in case you need a dance version of it KC Lights might have the one you are searching for. Different feeling and 90's piano all the way..

REGARD ft TROYE SIVAN & TATE MCRAE - YOU (TOPIC REMIX)

 Έχουν περάσει μερικές εβδομάδες από τότε που παρουσίασα το νέο single του Regard με τους Troye Sivan και Tate McRae και μέχρι σήμερα τίποτα δεν είχε συμβεί σε αυτή την κυκλοφορία. Τις τελευταίες μέρες όμως κάτι έχει αρχίσει να κινείται όσο αναφορά το τραγούδι. Πάνω που έλεγα πως πέρασε η μπογιά του Regard αφού η original version είναι μάλλον περισσότερο ραδιοφωνική έρχεται αυτό το remix του Topic που του δίνει αυτό που μάλλον ήθελαν οι djs. Ωστόσο το τραγούδι θεωρώ πως είναι slow burner στην αρχική του εκτέλεση και μάλλον ήθελε τον χρόνο του και αξίζει τον κόπο...

 Έχω την αίσθηση πως ο Regard θα συνεχίσει τα hits και ευτυχώς αποφάσισε να αλλάξει λίγο το μοτίβο από τα προηγούμενα. Αυτό δείχνει ότι είναι αρκετά έξυπνος για να μην επαναλαμβάνεται. Και αν το "You" δεν σας φαίνεται και τόσο χορευτικό φαντάζομαι θα υπάρξουν σύντομα ένα κάρο από remixes του που θα βοηθήσουν τους djs. Προς το παρόν έχουμε ένα άκρως ραδιοφωνικό τραγούδι το οποίο είναι από τις καλές pop στιγμές της χρονιάς με τους Troye Sivan και Tate McRae που είναι από τους ανερχόμενους pop stars της νεολαίας να κάνουν εξαιρετικά φωνητικά...

Οι διασκευές στην dance σκηνή είναι πολύ συχνές και μερικές πολύ επιτυχημένες. Άλλωστε ο Regard με μία τέτοια έκανε όνομα και μαζί με τους Dimitri Vegas και Like Mike δοκιμάζει μία νέα. Το classic των Destiny's Child παίρνει μία νέα απόχρωση την οποία θα την έβλεπα άνετα ως επιτυχία στα μεγάλα charts και να βάλει τους Dimitri Vegas και Like Mike σε μία νέα τροχιά. Άλλωστε το τραγούδι είναι ήδη γνωστό στα αυτιά των περισσότερων οπότε η μισή δουλειά έχει γίνει ήδη...

Έγινε top 10 στην Βρετανία το δεύτερο του Regard και μαζί με την Raye μοιράστηκαν τα μυστικά τους. Μην χάσετε το προσωπικό single της Raye που έβαλα στο blog γιατί είναι καταπληκτικό ενώ το remix του Hugel που βάζω σήμερα μάλλον το έβαλα σαν εναλλακτική για τους djs. Άλλωστε το τραγούδι υπό διαφορετικές συνθήκες μάλλον θα ήταν από τα απαρατήρητα. Βλέπετε όμως μια μεγάλη επιτυχία τι μπορεί να κάνει...

REGARD & RAYE - SECRETS

Αν υποθέσουμε πως τα clubs θα είναι ανοιχτά το καλοκαίρι τότε το "Ride It" θα είναι ένα από τα τραγούδια που θα κυριαρχήσουν στο playlist των djs. Και επειδή έχει περάσει αρκετός καιρός από τότε που ο dj από το Κόσοβο έκανε το μπαμ μία συνεργασία με την Raye που έχει κάνει φωνητικά σε αρκετές επιτυχίες θα τον ξαναστείλει στα Βρετανικά charts. Έχει μία εσάνς από το προηγούμενο του αλλά και ένα 80's flavour αλλά προσωπικά δεν με έπεισε ιδιαίτερα. Αν υποθέσουμε ότι δεν τον ξέραμε καθόλου δεν θα έδινα και ιδιαίτερη σημασία στο "Secrets". Ίσως με ένα remix να με κάνει να αλλάξω γνώμη...

REGARD - RIDE IT ( FRANKY WAH SUNSET MIX)

Καλή εβδομάδα soundfisters...
Και αν δεν είπαμε και καλό μήνα πάρε και έναν καλό μήνα. Με βρίσκεις σε κάποια τρεχάματα αυτές τις μέρες αλλά παρ όλα αυτά βρήκα τον χρόνο να ξεκλέψω λίγο χρόνο για το blog. Το "Ride It" του Regard θα παίζει σίγουρα πολύ αυτό το καλοκαίρι ενώ σύντομα θα ακούσεις και το νέο του single. Το remix που του έκανε ο Franky Wah παίζει να είναι και η καλύτερη εκτέλεση του για home entertaintment ίσως καλύτερη και από την original. Εν πάση περιπτώση όταν συλλέγεις τα hits δεν γίνεται να μην έχεις αυτήν εδώ..

DUA LIPA - DON'T START NOW (REGARD REMIX)

Αυτό που μόλις βάλω κάτι χορευτικό πέφτετε όλοι πάνω του να το προσέξετε χαχαχαχα. Το "Don't Start Now" της Dua Lipa το ξέρετε όλοι ήδη. Είναι από τα τραγούδια που θα παίζουν τους επόμενους μήνες ούτως ή άλλως και σίγουρα θα θέλετε εναλλακτικές. Έχω ήδη βάλει remixes του τραγουδιού αλλά ένα νέο από τον Regard που έγινε φίρμα μετά το "Ride It" δεν μπορώ να το παραβλέψω. όχι τίποτα άλλο είναι και πολύ καλό....

REGARD - RIDE IT (JONAS BLUE REMIX)

Την είχα προβλέψει την επιτυχία του Κοσοβάρου dj Regard ο οποίος από το πουθενά βρέθηκε να είναι super ονομα στον χώρο των dj. Φυσικά το "Ride It" δεν έχει αποκτήσει ακόμα τον ραδιοφωνικό αέρα που θα έχει κάποια στιγμή αλλά μέχρι το καλοκαίρι έχουμε καιρό. To remix του Jonas Blue θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο για να λέμε την αλήθεια αλλά εν πάση περιπτώση είναι ένα remix του από γνωστό όνομα...

REGARD - RIDE IT

Στο ψάξιμο αυτές τις μέρες και να που πέφτω πάνω σε κάτι που έχει προοπτικές για το άμεσο χρονικό διάστημα. Δεν τον είχα υπόψιν μου τον Regard αλλά για προσέξτε το
"Ride It". Υπάρχει μία κινητικότητα όσο αναφορά το συγκεκριμένο dance anthem και αυτό μπορεί να σημαίνει ότι ίσως γίνει ένα από τα τραγούδια που θα παίζουν τα clubs και όχι μόνο. Αρκετά εύκολο το συγκεκριμένο για όλους ακόμα και για τα teen ραδιόφωνα που αναζητούν τις νέες επιτυχίες που δεν θα τους ρίξουν την ακροαματικότητα...
