Karen Harding here Karen Harding there Karen Harding everywhere.Since her first single "Say Something which became a top ten hit in the Uk in 2015, Harding was in the music business but never too hot.For some months now she is many djs favourite providing the vocals in many productions making her one of the most wanted right now.Her latest collaboration is with Majestc for his single "Sweat" which is one of the talk abouts in the Uk club scene.Eventually Karen Harding will recieve once more the success cause one of these productions will get massive but not this one.Majestic on the other hand is searching for the follow up to "Rasputin" by releasing one production after another.I must remind you that there is one more released recently the re-imagined version or Rebel Mc's "Street Tuff".

I still can not believe the passing of Irene Cara one of the icons of the 80's cause she was only 63 years old.It always makes me sad to lose members of my musical family that i danced with, sing with, love with, grow with.Too soon Irene but you will always live forever with your voice through "Fame" and "Flashdance".True icon, true pop star...

Now covering iconic songs like "Last Christmas" is not the smartest thing to do this period of time cause the original will always be the one and only vesion.In September The Backstreet Boys" made a cover of the Wham classic for their Christmas Album and now Eden Prince with Karen Harding decided to make a brand new one.This dance soulful brand new version with no jingle bells in it is not only smart but i would dare to say rather good.It's important to feel like you wanna hear this one again and again and it happens..

It's not the first time you see Karen Harding on my blog. I would be a fool if i didn't recognize the potential this singer has for the future. And her ever first Ep called "Sweet Vibrations" shows exactly that. That soon enough she will have chart hits and you all get to know her name well enough. And this  is only one of the good songs on that Ep that contains 8 songs all on repeat. She must release again her collaboration with Digital Farm Animals cause it's a banger but for now  "You And I" will keep you company wherever you are.

 H κύρια πηγή pop dance ήταν και παραμένει η Βρετανία και η Karen Harding το προσπαθεί εδώ και καιρό να κάνει ένα hit. Πολλές φορές έχει φτάσει πολύ κοντά στο να συμβεί και κάτι ανάλογο μάλλον θα συμβεί και με αυτό εδώ. Αυτή την φορά συνεργάζεται με τον Shift K3y ο οποίος και αυτός είναι μία ανάλογη περίπτωση. Λέτε με το "Morning" να τους κάτσει; Θα δούμε γιατί συμπαθητικό μεν είναι αλλά όχι κάτι ξεχωριστό...

Είναι από τα καλύτερα singles αυτής της εβδομάδας κατά την γνώμη μου και σίγουρα ένα από τα καλύτερα στην καριέρα της Karen Harding η οποία έχει μία ανοδική πορεία στον χώρο της μουσικής και το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι ένα μικρό σπρώξιμο από τα ραδιόφωνα για να γίνει το "Undo My Heart" διεθνής επιτυχία. Θα το κάνουν;;; Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα δεν υπήρχε στην Βρετανία ούτε μία νέα είσοδο στα 100 πρώτα singles στο chart σε μία χώρα που έχει τόσο πολύ νέα μουσική που είναι αφύσικο τραγούδια σαν αυτό να μην έχουν ανταπόκριση. Κάτι κάνετε λάθος παίδες....

KAREN HARDY & WHO - I DON'T NEED LOVE (JOEL CORRY REMIX)

H απαξίωση της pop είναι τεράστια κυρίως από αυτούς που την φτιάχνουν. Για παράδειγμα στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες country και rap έχουν κατακλύσει τα πάντα και ψάχνεις με το φανάρι κάποια pop επιτυχία.Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν κάποιοι που προσπαθούν να αλλάξουν τα πράγματα όπως η Billie Eilish και η Tones And I η οποία έγινε η πρώτη γυναίκα που έφτασε τόσες εβδομάδες στο νούμερο 1 στην Βρετανία μετά την Leona Lewis και το "Bleeding Love". Αλλά αν είναι να έχουμε 10 άντε 20 καλά τραγούδια pop να γίνονται επιτυχία μέσα στην χρονιά τότε τα πράγματα δεν πάνε καλά.
Το ίδιο ισχύει και για την χορευτική μουσική όπου ο όγκος παραγωγής είναι δυσανάλογα μεγαλύτερος από αυτά που τελικά φτάνουν στο ευρύ κοινό.
Ο Joel Corry μετά την επιτυχία του έχει γίνει περιζήτητος για remixes και αυτό που έκανε στο "I Don't Need Love" της Karen Harding με τους Who (όχι τους παλιούς) είναι από τα καλύτερα dance anthems της εβδομάδας..
