 Whoever thinks there is only "trash" music out there these two latest posts proves that if you want to hear something different there is always the choice.Radios won't easily play songs like the latest singles from Florence & The Machine new album but choosing music and not stick to radio plays is an act of really liking music. "Sympathy Magic" is the third prelude from their upcoming album "Everybody Scream" and it's an experimental electronic productions, combining organic instruments with electronic elements in a result that exudes both magic and atmosphere.Florence is a real artist and you have to like art to get into her musical journey.

 If you are looking for an easy production fit for the mainstream radios then you have to skip this one. After the release of  the first single "Everybody Scream" Florence & The Machine goes deeper with the second one "One Of The Greats".From what i hear so far the album that will be released on October 31 will be praised as a masterpiece getting a 5 star review by the biggest music critics."One Of The Greats" is indeed a GREAT one but only for a face to face interaction even at a gig. Florence explains that "One Of The Greats" is a song inspired by her own journey in the music industry. It reflects the struggle she faced as a woman in a male-dominated field, where women have to put in double the effort to achieve the same goals.

FLORENCE & THE MACHINE - EVERYBODY SCREAM

  The 6th studio album by Florence & The Machine will be released on Oct 31st 2025 just in perfect timing when AI/30 interstellar object will be closer to earth hoping there will be no "Everybody Scream". The title song of the album serves as the first single and it was inspired by singer Welch undergoing lifesaving surgery during the "Dance Fever Tour" and starting to look into spiritual mysticism and folk horror understanding the limits of her body and questioning what it means to be "healed".If Welch was on another level till now this song shows that she will overcome her barriers of inspiration and artistic inteligence.

MORGAN SEATREE & FLORENCE & THE MACHINE - SAY MY NAME (SUB FOCUS REMIX)

 For several weeks now Manchester-based producer Morgan Seatree has been bubbling hot with this remix on  Florence's 2011 track "Spectrum" turning it into "Say My Name".This dancefloor-ready, electro-pop lens, blending old-school Chicago house grooves with a modern, club-friendly pulse eventually needed something more to make more impact on the charts.So a remix on the remix by Sub Focus exploded "Say My Name" to new standards with a heavy dose of Drum N Bass  infusion that seems to work pretty well in this case.Boom...!!!

 Let's not start with the question why Florence doesn't have hit singles from her latest album cause you will get no good answer. Her album "Dance Fever" is going to be released on May 13 and it will be produced by the member of Glass Animals Dave Bayley. Probably the album will be number one in the UK as almost many does (it's so easy lately). Glass Animals on the other hand have a huge success in the USA after 4 weeks at number one something that no British act have achieved in many years (Spice Girls was the last ones). Now this remix of "My Love" by Dave Bayley has a fresh indie pop dance flavour that should attract like bees on honey...

 Frorence & The Machine are back after last year's release for the Cruella ost and four years of their last album. Florence is on another level, a different level, out of this world etc are some of the comments you get everytime you hear her voice and music.This ability to make people shiver is not an often charateristic for an artist."King" is a massive return in music with a drum machine underneath that reminds the one U2 used for "With Or Without You" and a building up that is so powerful and ethereal at the same time. I think the wait was worth it despite the streaming or the charts position it will get.Florence doesn't need ropes to levitate...

Ένα ακυκλοφόρητο τραγούδι από την Florence & The Machine που δεν κατάφερε να μπει στο "High As Hope" album έχουμε την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουμε σήμερα. Το "Light Of Love" έρχεται την κατάλληλη στιγμή λίγο μετά το καθολικό και λίγο πριν το ορθόδοξο Πάσχα για να φωτίσει αυτές τις ημέρες με το μοναδικό φως που μπορεί να σβήσει κάθε σκοτάδι, αυτό της αγάπης. Θα το ακούσετε στους τίτλους τέλους του σημερινού δεύτερου επεισοδίου του τελευταίου κύκλου του Game Of Thrones και είναι το μοναδικό από γνωστό καλλιτέχνη που θα ακουστεί σε αυτόν. O Claptone έχει μία μοναδική ικανότητα να κάνει εκπληκτικά remixes που μετατρέπουν παλιά και νέα τραγούδια σε αγαπημένα μας anthems. Για την Florence δεν νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται να γράψει κάποιος κάτι παραπάνω από αυτά που έχουν ειπωθεί ήδη. Μια από τις σημαντικότερες τραγουδίστριες από την Βρετανία τα τελευταία χρόνια επιστρέφει με νέο single το οποίο εξερευνεί της rock gospel πλευρά της για μία ακόμη φορά. Το "Moderation" είναι εδώ μετά την παρουσίαση του live στις τελευταίες της εμφανίσεις και για μία ακόμη φορά θα συνεπάρει το κοινό που την αγαπά..

Το album της Florence & The Machine "High As Hope" είναι καθ οδόν και μια από τις σημαντικότερες φωνές της Βρετανίας από τις λίγες που μπορούν να προκαλέσουν ανατριχίλα μας προιδεάζει με ένα ακόμα single μέσα από αυτό. Το "Big God" είναι καθηλωτικό από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος του θυμίζοντας ανάλογα τραγούδια της Kate Bush που είχαν αυτή την μαγική ιδιότητα. Το τραγούδι συνυπογράφει ο Jamie XX μαζί με την Florence και το μόνο που έχεις να κάνεις είναι να κλείσεις τα μάτια και να αφεθείς...

Σημειώστε πως το "Sky Full Of Song" ήταν μια κυκλοφορία που τελικά αφορούσε την Record Store Day και πως το "Hunger" είναι το πρώτο επίσημο single από την Florence & The Machine από το νέο album "High As Hope" που θα κυκλοφορήσει στο τέλος Ιουνίου. Το πρώτο αυτό δείγμα θα το χαρακτήριζα typical Florence που θα ικανοποιήσει τους fans της και θα ξεμπλοκάρει λίγο τα αυτιά μας από τα στερεότυπα που ακούμε πολύ συχνά. Αν και με την κριτική που κάνω έχω πολύ λίγο χρόνο για να διαμορφώσω μία άποψη η γνώμη μου είναι πως οκ καλό τραγούδι είναι αλλά δεν πετάω και την σκούφια μου και σίγουρα δεν θα είναι από αυτά που θα μου μείνουν από το 2018...

Ήταν γνωστό ότι θα είχαμε αυτές τις μέρες την επιστροφή των Florence & The Machine και μπορεί καλλιτεχνικά να είναι ένα αξιοσέβαστο όνομα αλλά και η artistic ασυλία έχει και τα όρια της. Το "Sky Full Of Song" ξεπερνάει αυτά τα όρια και μπορώ να πω με βεβαιότητα ότι δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου αυτός ο καλλιτεχνικός θρήνος για τον οποίο δεν έχω κανέναν λόγο να πατήσω ξανα το play...
