 Not sure if you are going to be after hearing this one especially when you play it on repeat but eventually you will be.Adam Lambert's brand new album is achingly beautiful and deeply personal with this song being the heartbeat of the album.Like i wrote many times Lambert is an artist who deserves to be hugely successful in his own right. This album is a standout career highlight. "Am I Ok" is probably his best piano ballad song deeply emotional, a raw, relatable therapy, highlighting how his vulnerable vocals beautifully capture the struggle of pretending to be fine.This song is so honest with an acoustic skeleton that allows his vocal control and emotional delivery to take center stage.Best ballad i heard in 2026 and screw all media and radios if they burry this song.

 What is the term for a good pop song today? Well today there is none cause it all comes to what the audience determines as popular but the good old days when a song had the ability to easily get in your mouth, you could dance to it and gave you a positive feeling it was considered a good pop song.And Adam Lambert's latest single is exactly that despite the fact is very much unlikely to become a chart hit or being spread to a wide audience.The dark dance tune interpolates ATC's "Around the World (La La La La La)," which came out in November 2000 and hit the top 30 in 2001 and that makes "Under The Rhythm" instantly familiar.His brand new album "ADAM" comes out July 10 and this new single is a good reason to look out for it.I like Lambert and he deserves so much more in the music industry...

 Everybody knows what a great voice Adam Lambert is.And his brand new single proves that once again. Blending electronic music with alternative rock "Eat U Alive" sounds carnivorous connecting with the ’90s and early 2000s. He’s aiming to have that same kind of fruitful blend be the basis of his sixth full-length album, "Adam" which will arrive July 10.Marking a turn toward the rockier this single is among the interesting ones this week that needs to be heard.Charting or not it entered my playlist for now as you should do too.

 Just watch how many new releases we get every week and how many songs are getting the hit label.Most of them are going to the dumpster for a very good reason and some of them are burried before they get the chance to shine.All that leads to covers, samples and a massive production of computerized music almost every week by the same artists mostly just in case they hit the jackpot by chance.This is why the 80's and the classics never die and still shine in all their glory.

This cover by Adam Lambert & Sigala is one more overlooked single by the audience and the radios but now has some remixes out there for the fans.This remix is the closest to the disco feeling of the original and i thought you might wanted to hear.Sylvester still rules..

 A mighty classic that was Sylvester's first hit back in 1978 and was covered several times over the decades with Jimmy Somerville's being the best one and the most known.The legendary disco anthem carries a legacy that even today produces pure euphoria when it comes to dancing.Now Adam Lambert with his latest album full of covers has the ability to sing anything, even hit Sylvester's high notes.Such a dance classic needed the production from a dj that is in the frontline lately so Sigala was the right choice.Probably this will be included to an expanded "High Drama" release but in any case get to feel....mighty real once again!!!

 Adam Lambert and his latest album "High Drama" are so underrated and sometimes it makes me wonder if we are hearing different things when it comes to sales, streaming or whatever it is that makes something a hit.Well Adam returned to the American Idol stage last Sunday performing one of the covers he made for his album.The original version was a 1973 release by Anne Pebbles that was covered in 1984 by the legendary Tina Turner.Lambert's cover is unique as every cover on his "High Drama" album.Such a great performer...

 Just got my hands on Adam Lambert's "High Drama" album and the feeling is sureal.Great album full of covers and many to choose from the already released singles.My pick for today will be the cover to Culture Club's "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me" released back in 1982 and made Boy George's band one of the iconic names from the 80's.I like the fact Adam is making a whole reconstraction and a whole new arrangement to his covers giving them a whole new meaning.Not just a cover....A tribute!!!

ADAM LAMBERT - GETTING OLDER

 I really love Adam Lambert.He has a great voice he is a great performer and he is underrated like few in the music business.Simply there is no Adam Lambert at the singles charts although he should.The third single from his upcoming "High Drama" album is a cover to a very recent song.After the 80s a cover to the 2021 Billie Eilish song from the "Happier Than Ever" album is his choice for promotion.I will dare to say that this cover to "Getting Older" is so much better than the original version.This Queen orchestrated version is pure bliss and one more to keep from his new album.I wonder what other gems are in "High Drama"...

ADAM LAMBERT - HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO

 We are getting higher and higher in drama state as Adam Lambert releases the second song from his upcoming full of iconic covers album.There are some words like "Footloose", Bonnie Tyler, Jim Steinman that are written with golden letters throughout the years.Picking "Holding Out For A Hero" Adam Lambert puts himself to a test.Maybe he is one of the few that can cover almost anything and sound great.Allthough the music arrangment in this cover sounds a little bit strange and a little bit far from the original Adam knows how to lift things to the highest level.

 It seems we can't escape the oldies but if we have the wonderfull vocal chords of Adam Lambert covering Duran Duran then we want more.And more you ll get since his brand new album "High Drama" has 11 cover songs from every genre.The 1993 classic by Duran Duran has gained this title worthy.And there are not many times that i say that this cover is equal to the original although it's different.This sensitive piano driven cover of "Ordinary World" gives you the chills and would make Duran Duran proud and jealous.Speechless...

ADAM LAMBERT & NILE RODGERS - ROSES

Για τον Adam Lambert τα έχω γράψει. Το ίδιο και για τον Nile Rodgers. H συνύπαρξη και των δύο μαζί είναι άκρως ενδιαφέρουσα και μάλλον ως τέτοιο θα εκλάβω το "Roses" το single από το επερχόμενο "Velvet" album του Adam. Κάποιες περασμένες πολλές δεκαετίες θα αντιμετώπιζαν το συγκεκριμένο τραγούδι με τον κατάλληλο τρόπο ενώ τώρα μάλλον θα βρει απήχηση μόνο στα adult ραδιόφωνα του πλανήτη. Εκεί που παίζει και την καλύτερη μουσική δηλαδή. Χαρακτηριστική η ευελιξία του Lambert φωνητικά όπως χαρακτηριστικά και τα riffs της κιθάρας του Nile Rodgers...

ADAM LAMBERT - BELIEVE

Πριν μερικούς μήνες το τραγούδησε live προς τιμήν της Cher και τώρα το κυκλοφορεί επιτέλους σαν single. Το χάρισμα του Adam Lambert του έχει δώσει την δυνατότητα να είναι η φωνή των Queen και να κυκλοφορεί μουσική αρκετά χρόνια μετά την συμμετοχή του σε ένα από τα talent shows που παράγουν τραγουδιστές με την σέσουλα. Η επιτυχία εμπορικά στα singles του δεν του έχει δοθεί απλόχερα πάντως. Ούτε το "Believe" θα αλλάξει αυτό το δεδομένο φαντάζομαι πάντως εσείς θα έχετε μια ωραιότατη διασκευή του στα ηχεία σας..

ADAM LAMBERT - SUPERPOWER

Ο Adam Lambert χρειάζεται επειγόντως μερικά καλά τραγούδια γιατί είναι κρίμα τέτοια φωνάρα να χάνεται στην μετριότητα και τις λάθος επιλογές. Ωστόσο το νέο του Ep έχει κάτι σχετικά ενδιαφέρον αφού το "Superpower" με τον funky ρυθμό του μου κίνησε το ενδιαφέρον. Σε κάθε περίπτωση όπως γράφω πολλές φορές υπάρχουν πολύ χειρότερα τραγούδια που παίζονται στα ραδιόφωνα συνεχώς από το συγκεκριμένο. Και σε τελική ανάλυση είναι διασκεδαστικό..

ADAM LAMBERT - FEEL SOMETHING

Την Κυριακή θα εμφανιστεί μαζί με τους Queen στα Oscars και δικαίως έχει επιλεγεί εδώ και καιρό ως η νέα φωνή του σπουδαίου group που με την ιστορία του προκάλεσε και την μεγάλη οθόνη. Ο Adam Lambert είναι σπουδαία φωνή αλλά του λείπουν μάλλον καλύτερες επιλογές τραγουδιών και καλύτερη διαχειριση του εαυτού του. Το "Feel Something" ειναι μια συμπαθητική μπαλαντα αλλά δεν έχει την δύναμη που θα χρειαζόταν ένα τέτοιο τραγούδι. Αρα το γλυκαναλατο είναι αυτό που μου έρχεται πρώτο στον νου...
