Is James Marriot one of the "new names" that is going to have a hit single in 2026. With a Uk number one album "Don't Tell The Dog" last year i don't think that many are familiar with his work.His long-awaited release of his single "California Rain" is going to offer him his first hit single and his chance for the world to know him just like it happened with Benson Boone or Alex Warren.The song is instantly nostalgic, the opening guitar riff is straight from 2010s indie era and it's already trending too much in the Uk a place where most of the things start in music.With this kick start this year anything is possible for James Marriott.
