DOLLY PARTON & MANESKIN - JOLENE

 Another odd music pairing but Dolly Parton is so universal that can even get Maneskin for a brand new version of her iconic "Jolene". I knew for many weeks now that her deluxe version of her "Rockstar" album will include this unique duet with the Italians and now that is here fans of both artist rejoyce. But apart from this cover there is also another one between them this time covering Eddie Money's 1997 song "Two Tickets To Paradise". Double the pleasure and a "rock" version of "Jolene" is all we needed.

 As many albums just before Christmas Maneskin's "Rush" gets a reissue with four new songs in it.Selling again the same album with some new additions is a way  for record companies to gain a profit straight out from the fans.Cause if you are not a fan or a collector why buy it again?"Valentine" has been chosen as the new single and it's a rock ballad conventional in its sounds but atypical in its lyrics. Damiano sings about a suffocating love that leads to madness, intertwining his voice with guitar arpeggios.Ok....but nothing special here.

MANESKIN ft TOM MORELLO - GOSSIP

 I think that Maneskin are overrated but they are a mixture of rock music and fashion style that fill a gap that has almost disappeared from the mainstream music.Therefore i can understand why many people like them and stream their music all over the world.Seven more days till the release of their brand new album "Rush" and we have already heard some songs from that one.Here is a brand new release as a single called "Gossip" with the great Tom Morello on board with the Italian group.This pumping rock track represents totally the Maneskin sound so if you are fans you will be pleased.

 Italian rockers Maneskin are still on the centre of attention just by showing up and play their hit singles. Smaller or bigger their songs with their stage performance is enough to keep them as a talk about rock band. For how long nobody knows but for now their brand new single "The Loneliest" is going to be all over the place in a flash.Soon they will start a North American tour their first that will contribute in spreading their music in America after their tv shows appearances that made great ratings.Their brand new single is a ballad with nice melody and full of heartbreak.Besides who doesn't love ballads may speak now or forever be silenced..

MANESKIN - IF I CAN DREAM

 The Maneskin effect is in troubling situation cause their "Supermodel" single didn't do quite well as it was expected.They have one more chance by taking part on the "Elvis" ost covering an infamous Elvis song "If I Can Dream". Damiano lead singer of Maneskin shares the same date of birthday as king Elvis and this ballad fits perfectly his vocal range and abillity. I m really curious about what key role plays this song on the film and how the fans will react to this cover. Not really impressed by this cover but we ll see...

MANESKIN - SUPERMODEL

 They are back and you are gonna hear their brand new single live for the first time at the Eurovision final tomorrow.They made a deep impact after last year's win at the same contest and many seem to like them a lot. As for the two semi finals and the final following on Saturday all i have to say is that the Ukraine entry is not the best song and it will only be unfair to win just because of the war as a sign of support. Now back to "Supermodel" the brand new single by Maneskin. This pop-rock profile of the single along with lead singers appealing will once more draw the attention and the single will rise in no time at the charts and the radios. Clever single and catchy...

MANESKIN - MAMMAMIA

 There is something about Maneskin that makes them sell and this is not their music. It's their appearence, the sexual attraction that their singer has the clothes the fashion that brings androgeny to the spotlight and all that with electric guitars. Musically they are not something special and they are close to the moment of truth. Due to the huge success they recorded a new English song called "Mammamia" and by that they will try to stay at the music scene. Same recipe as their previous hits and i m very curious to see the respond. Personally i m not impressed...

MANESKIN ft IGGY POP - I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE

 This is ao damn clever. I couldn't imagine anyone better than Iggy Pop for the remix of "I Wanna Be Your Slave" by Maneskin. It suits him so damn right that it will boost the sales of the single that is already a hit in many countries. After "Begging" and "I Wanna Be Your Slave" Maneskin will need another english single which they don't have so i guess soon they ll hit the studio. I m also curious to see the impact of the group after the Eurovision storm in the music world. For now they enjoy this huge success...

MANESKIN - ZITTI E BUONI (ANDI VAX REMIX)

 Have a nice week soundfisters...

Thank god England didin't win the euro and now we can suffer less from all those "coming home" songs at the Uk chart. By the way this is the second time a country wins both Euro and eurovision in the same year with Greece making the start. On the other hand i m very curious to see the reaction of the Uk market towards Maneskin after Italy winning the cup. At this point i have to remind you that the Italian group have two songs inside the Uk Top 10 and that's why it makes it so interesting. And since the winning eurovision song this year was the least favourite in the charts position this remix of "Zitti E Buoni" is a tribute (and a good choice) to our friends in Italy. Gongrats folks...

MANESKIN - I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE

 Καλά ότι διαφωνώ με το γεγονός πως το "Zitti E Buoni" κέρδισε την φετινή eurovision το είπα το έγραψα δεν θα το επαναλάβω. Δύσκολα αυτό το τραγούδι θα περάσει στο ραδιόφωνο εκτός και αν στο TikTok γίνει χαμός και φτάσει στο σημείο να γίνει απόλυτα οικείο. Ωστόσο οι Maneskin οι οποίοι είναι ταλαντούχοι έχουν ένα άλλο τραγούδι μέσα στο νέο τους album το οποίο είναι αγγλόφωνο είναι πιο "προσβάσιμο" και ίσως γίνει και μεγαλύτερη επιτυχία από το νικητήριο του διαγωνισμού. Το "I Wanna Be Your Slave" και το ακούω ευχάριστα και το χορεύω άμα λάχει και έχει και το rock στοιχείο που λείπει από τις επιτυχίες εδώ και πολύ καιρό. όχι για να δείτε πως δεν είμαι προκατειλημμένος...
