SIMPLE MINDS - BEGGINER BOYS (SINGLE VERSION)

At least Simple Minds were lucky enough to see their songs and albums getting the number one spot while they were alive in contrast with Dolly Parton that she will get her first number one single in the Uk with "9 To 5" and her first number one album in the Usa after her passing which is pretty sad.

Simple Minds have evolved from Scottish post-punk innovators into global stadium icons over nearly five decades.Songs like "Promised You a Miracle", "Don't You Forget About Me" and "Alive And Kicking" are still vibrating our universe after so many years. And now Simple Minds are ready for another step in their huge career with no need to expect something else rather than the audience love.

Simple Minds return with "Beginner Boys," the lead single from their studio album "Sacrosanct" out on January 29, 2027.The track is inspired by Jim Kerr watching his twin grandsons grow up and thinking about what it means to raise a good man today. The track relies on a restrained yet soaring vocal performance from Kerr, anchored by Burchill’s signature shimmering guitar licks."Beginner Boys" proves that Simple Minds still have plenty to say. It’s a grounded, beautifully crafted return that will resonate with longtime fans and modern indie-rock listeners alike.
