Το τραγούδι ήταν μεγάλη επιτυχία πίσω στα 80's κυρίως στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες που είχε γίνει και Top 10 φτιαγμένο από τον τεράστιο Rick James που του αξίζει μία αναβίωση κάνοντας το επιτυχία ξανά. Δεν θα μου κάνει ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση να δούμε το "My House" στο Βρετανικό chart...
