And because i am too old for this music planet but too young (still) to remember i can't ignore the fact that "High Hopes 3000" reminds me a lot "Achy Breaky Heart" by Billy Ray Cyrus (yes Miley's father) one of the first country songs that hit #1 on Billboard.
