Lovejoy is a British indie band formed in Brighton, England in 2020.The group grew popular due to its presence on social media. Their debut EP, Are You Alright?, was released in May 2021.Now they are about to release their first album and "Call Me What You Like" seems to be the perfect way to kickstart their way first to the Uk charts and then who knows where.Their sound on this one is like Red Hot Chilli Peppers met Blur and The Cure for a lunchbreak.There is also a bass riff from Cure's "Lovesong" in it playing the sample role which is clever for an indie band.There is nothing to stop them exploding in music...
