KATSEYE - INTERNET GIRL

 This is the first post for 2026 and the first song that has 2026 on it's release date. If wishes are the only thing these days only to find out that this year will be exactly like the previous ones then you better realise that in life happiness are just moments and nothing special to expect.All you have to do is survive and try to stay healthy in order to live these moments.Next year you will be only wishing that next year will better than this one.Seems that humans need to hope in order to get through life.What i need is health and music and that's exactly what i m going to do this year too.

Katseye's "Gabriella" was one of the best pop songs of 2025 if you ask me and it still has streaming and radio fuel to grow more in 2026.But the girl band needs more "music fuel" to burn out there. They have the vocals, the looks, the charisma and the dance abilities but "Internet Girl" is not the right choice.That means that it won't get in my playlist but with the growing fame they get it won't surprise me if they get another hit.They should be getting more "Gabriellas" and less crap...

DOECHII & SZA - GIRL, GET UP

 

A surprise new release by Doechii and SZA will be the last post for 2025 as we are moving fast to what 2026 brings in music.Are you ready for it?

This is not the first time the girls are collaborating and in this one they are trying to respond to some issues about their color and their female presence in rap music.Talking about issues...The track is the two artists’ first time working together since 2022’s "Persuasive" and Doechii’s biggest release since "Anxiety"."Girl, Get up.," samples the Neptunes' drums from Birdman and Clipse's "What Happened To That Boy?" and although it doesn't sound like a song that will stay for a long time in the spotlight it remains a big collab for music especially in the USA.

ESDEEKID, RICO ACE - PHANTOM

 One of the names that will shake things up in 2026 is yet unknown British rapper EsDeeKid.And not only in the Uk but in the USA also.In 2025 rap music made a huge downfall in the charts living room to other genres to shine.But that doesn't mean there won't be rap hits in 2026.Not only one but several songs from EsDeeKid show streaming upgrade in the last days of 2025 which means at least one chart hit is on the way.As of November 2025, his single "Phantom" (with Rico Ace) has accumulated more than 120 million streams, and album "Rebel" has charted in multiple European countries.In November 2025, rumours began to circulate on TikTok that EsDeeKid's actual identity was American-French actor Timothée Chalamet, with internet users noting correlations between articles of clothing and physical similarities.The rumours went down after a music video for a remix of EsDeeKid's single "4 Raws", featuring a rap verse from Chalamet himself.I ll choose "Phantom" for this post cause it's the one that impressed me more if you ask me...

SHE & HIM - I THOUGHT I SAW YOUR FACE TODAY

 This is one more proof that what makes a song succesfull is the power of media.Not how good or bad it is.Right after Kato's unexpected "Turn The Lights Off" a song by She & Him is going viral 17 years later.The music duo She & Him, made up of Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, released "I Thought I Saw Your Face Today" back in March of 2008 on their album "Volume One".As of December 2025, it’s got hundreds of thousands of videos using the sound on TikTok and that's good enough for the song to gain multiple streaming plays enough to put it on the charts the next days.And just like that a hidden gem gets a pull of the mud of time to shine so many years after it's release.More like them to come in 2026...

ELDERBROOK - BETTE DAVIS EYES

 Covers have been a trademark all 2025 sign that new artists can't find inspiration for new melodies or they are too attracted to oldies.Not many of them were good enough but some were.Just like this cover made by Elderbrook as part of his YouTube series "Hotel Room Sessions."This is a modern cover of Kim Carnes' 1981 classic "Bette Davis Eyes," that delivers an irresistibly emotive, sensual atmosphere that lets his performance take center stage. Expressive vocals laid over barely-there organic instrumentation with  his voice, transforming the cover into a feelsy, sing-along-ready interpretation.This is a great cover version one to keep like....forever.

 The decomprassion from all festive songs has already started with all the known hits coming back to the highest chart places.Raye with "Where Is My Husband" will probably gain the first Uk number one of 2026 while Taylor Swift's "The Fate Of Ophelia" will return to Billboard's number one.But while we are expecting noticable for the charts new releases and all the latest data entries there is still good music out there to put into your playlists just like this one.All Things Break is an joe doe artist for now just like HAVN is with a dance tune that captures you from the first note."Gravity" works like a physical attraction that builts up creating a music web that won't let you go even if you want to.Till we find out who the hell is this guy just give in and let go to this great dance anthem.

 The duo responsible for one of the biggest dance and radio hits last year with "I Adore You" is back this time collaborating with Uk star Becky Hill."Romance" is a ready radio hit with latin influences in electronic dance beats quite different from the sound we used from this pair but still quite catchy.Becky Hill's powerful vocals on a catchy beat, about intense club romance, losing control, and fiery attraction will probably work just as soon the holiday madness vanishes and things get back to normallityinradios and streaming services.

TIMBALAND, KERI HILSON, D.O.E - THE WAY I ARE (MAX DEAN EXTENDED REMIX)

 Timbaland's reign may have long lost but almost 20 years ago songs like this one left a strong music footprint that djs will always draw making their own experiments in dance music.The rework of the 2007 track "The Way I Are", which features US R&B vocalist Keri Hilson along with verses from rapper D.O.E. and Timbaland's brother Sebastian has been remixed by Max Dean.It's been a breakout year for rising UK house producer Max Dean, whose "Can't Decide" collab with Locky and Luke Dean made quite an impact in the Uk in 2025.So he is one of the djs to look up to in 2026 promising some hits on the way.

 One of the new Christmas songs this year that has the potential to become a hit in the Uk is this one by Gwen Stefani."Shake the Snow Globe" is included on the 2025 deluxe edition for her fourth studio album, "You Make It Feel Like Christmas" which was released on November 14, 2025 exclusively on Amazon Music.Probably it will come back on the charts in a year from now but for now is the best effort from Gwen to return to the hit lists.Wham are going back on the top spot this week after the Kylie bust the days before unless the Chris Rea passing will affect the holidays season.Looking for new Christmas songs? AFROJACK ft AMEL - RIVERS

Are you ready for jolly Christmas time? Are you streaming anything else besides Mariah Carey, Wham and Brenda Lee? Well it's fine in order to get closer to the Christmas spirit but Sound Fist will continue with new music just as long there is a good one out there depending the period.

Afrojack's new single is unlocking peak rave memories linking up with Amel on vocals."Rivers" is a melodic house track built on layered synths and a consistent groove. It escalates gradually before delivering a straightforward drop, suited for both club sets and festival stages.This alone makes this one at least worth listening to cause after all Afrojack delivers good dance tunes.

 I know that many of you will use the holidays to party all night and i think i got the right tunes for yo all. Among the dozens of dance music tunes this one caught my attention this week.Lucas and Pieter, driven by shared musical ambitions, came together to create Re-type, a dynamic duo from Belgium.Their electronic dance tunes are highly appreciated among the djs and the future sounds really promising.Their latest single "Dance All Night" does exactly that and be prepared if in 2026 will make a huge impact in international dance events.Among my favourite dance tunes this week...

ANYMA ft EJAE - OUT OF MY BODY

 The new releases might be few this period but i m trying hard to select the best ones for you.And this collaboration between electronic dance master Anyma with Ejae (one of the voices behind super hit "Golden") is a real treat.The track is also another contribution to "The End Of Genesys (Deluxe)", an expanded version of Anyma’s early-2025 album. The deluxe set is billed as the original fifteen tracks plus eight new songs and remixes, including his recent collaboration with Solomun, "Till I Die".This is a melodic techno anthem built for huge rooms with Korean-American singer-songwriter Ejae mirroring the pulse with a singer’s sense of drama and a dancer’s sense of control.

 Kylie finally did it earning her first Xmas Uk number one single breaking a whole bunch of records too proving why she is the ultimate Uk pop star even though she is from Australia.The festive season is also the perfect playground for oldies return and this years John Lewis Christmas advert brough back Limerick's 1990 club anthem "Where Love Lives".Now this anthem gets the MK treatment putting a serious update to the song that will probably get a lot of attention fron now on.All we need now is a new remix for Kato's viral song "Turn The Lights Off" and the New Year's party is on.

With influences from every genre possible and every situation she comes across in life Leanne Louise put's her twist on anything but keeps it unique with her vocal style.Is she going to become the new pop star in the Uk in the shortly coming 2026?
